章很麻烦，耽误了2个多月，材料才得以从学校寄出。个人觉得申请算是比较顺利。把
我当时准备的情况跟大家说一下也许对将要申请的人有一点帮助。
我个人从这里寄出去的材料包括：
1.国内护士执照的公正，在这里网上找的公证处，在纽约，叫最佳公正，电话
7183212810
2.指纹卡，就在我住的地方的警察局办的，free
3.handbook上的申请表，贴一张照片在右下角（handbook链接：http://www.rn.ca.gov/pdfs/applicants/exam-app.pdf）
这一页有一项是填社会安全号，我当时没有就空着的，没有关系。
4.两张支票，一张办指纹的($51)，一张申请的($75)
5.写了一封信，表示感谢，一张纸，很客气的几句话
从学校寄出的材料：
1.中英文成绩单（学校有，我来之前到学校教务处办好的）
2.学位证书和毕业证书中英文版（来之前自己办好到学校教务处办好的，盖好了章）
3.课程描述9门（内外妇儿、精神科护理、生理、解剖、免疫、微生物，好像是这些，

姐妹指点迷津：
1. 我看见版上有的mm说亲自去hospital找hiring的manager，请问一下这个怎么操作？
这边不是没有约很难见到人吗？我也想去医院去一家一家的问？
2. 我刚开始找的时候，想去hospital的surgical，现在一个面试也没有，我想是不是
可以先找residential care，在骑驴找马，能够找到surgical？请问一下这种想法是否
可行？是不是一毕业就在residential unit工作的经历是否会影响到找surgical的工作
,以后想找surgical的就更难找？还是我应该先在surgical，medicine找，等一段时间？

IV Fluids 八十刀
还有一项misc surgical charges 三百。。。

cancelled are orthopedics with cancer cases last)
2) the converted one of our surgical floors to a covid isolation floor (

周二全天她负责医院的SURGICAL TEAM，全天待命。 周三她不是负责，但是
是SURGICAL TEAM的一员，有时候去，有时候不去。 其他几天，都歇着！
我崇拜啊。。当医生这么清闲么？ 她的说法是：we need well rested
medical personel to be on call. "WELL RESTED"，很重要啊！ 我觉得
我还是很信得过医院的。：）
我当时是催转剖，不过不是紧急剖，孩子一点儿没窘迫，所以他们叫
SURGICAL TEAM叫了1小时，我生生等了一小时，很无聊。如果是紧急的话，
估计快很多了。呵呵。：）

on colon, breast, prostate, lung, whipple's surgical specimen handleing, etc
. These art dealing w/ the most important organs and surgical specimens,
which are also more frequently mistake happened and troublesome parts.
Attendings most hate to see these specimens are messed up and hard to sign
report out on time. Surgeons in these specialties are also very picky and
hard to deal w/, even path attendings!

I have to order and perform the surgery. So, what is surgical consult for?
What if I do not order surgical consult?
2. if the patient does not smoke or drink alcohol, do I need to order "smoke
cessation" or "no alcohol" at the end?
3. how many minutes for each case? some say 20min, the others say 25min, I
am very confused.

大家纷纷降低血糖。然后又发
现你上面说的。可有人不死心，又把surgical icu 和medical icu分开来对待，又发现
surgical icu病人血糖的tighter
control是降低死亡率的。于是就有了现在的surgical icu, medical icu不同的血糖
goal. 但据dr. Liu说现在又有了
BETTER trial，我酱子的懒人正在等着他把原文消化总结之后给搬过来呢；）insulin
