I had emergency surgury in this sep., went to Emergency Room 3 times
and stayed in hospital for one month.
He is not satified with my research and the delay.
He threatened to look for others to do my work often and finally I then replied that
I had offer at hand.
(the offer was applied for fall when I was in China,
but they just delayed my application).
Anyway that Indian is cold and I suffered so much within last 2 months.

去年11月左右拍的片子，一共长了两颗，一颗长出来了，据说简单的extraction就可以
，费用是100多。一颗还长在肉里，说是需要做surgury，要削一部分骨头，费用是300
多。
然后今年3月份我本想一起做了，就把两颗的钱一起交了。当时医生说先拔复杂的那颗
，然后看情况。结果看拔完我吓得要死，就说另一颗下次再约了来拔吧。就这样又拖了
几个月，两周前才约好，把另一颗拔掉。
第一颗是削了半天的骨头，用了一个多小时的时间。第二颗很快，10几分钟就拔完了。
结果今天收到一张新的帐单，第二颗也按 partial bony impaction 收的钱，还要让我
再补交200多！
请问我要怎么跟他们argue，这个钱我应不应该交？我自己其实根本不知道第二次是怎
么回事，医生怎么说就怎么做了。还是说后来牙齿又长成和骨头挨着了? 主要是我也不
懂 partial bony impaction的意思。 但是，要多收钱至少应该提前告诉我，不能马后
炮吧？我是在我们学校的dental school拔的，这里收费什么的一向很乱。
求一些大家的建议，谢谢 |

extraction，大约100金美金。另外一颗是稍微复杂点的surgury，因为要削骨，300金
美金。是先付了钱才做的手术。结果拔完之后医院又给我寄了220美金的帐单，第二颗
牙他们也按复杂的收术收费的。因为忙我就一直忘了理这事，结果现在收到collector
的电话，我说是医院的问题，我不该付这个钱，他们问我是不是refuse to pay，我说
对。然后他们就说去investigate，就把电话挂了。
我想问一下现在 这种情况该怎么办，这周我准备去医院一趟，另外collector那边也不
靠谱，他们可能说去investigate但是之后什么都不做，过段时间继续催要。另外这样
会不会影响我的credit？如果他们就赖帐说两颗牙就应该收这么多钱，我又该怎么办呢
？当时两颗牙要做怎样的手术，是拍片子之后才决定的。拍片子的医生和我的牙医都在
场，我的牙医可以作证。（另：我是去的学校的dental school,我的牙医就是在那里读
postdoc的中国学生，她负责我一些基本检查，但是拔智齿的事情是其他医生做的... 阅读全帖 |

there was a guy worked in my company, he tried to convert to a girl. It took
him 2 years to finish conversion including injecting hormones, and surgury.
Fianally, he became a real woman, and very beautiful with makeup and
everything. We had a meeting that day to congradulate him and announced that
he would start to use lady's room on our floor, hope everyone will be ok
with that. Its a real story. |

she is very impatient during visits. always try to rush you out. ask you to
prepay money before surgury. recommend you to a surgery center that is out
of your network, and ask you to prepay all the cost. after surgery, when you
call to get some information about the procedure, she try to hang up the
phone. we had very bad experience with her overall. |

On a run today in Nashotah I slipped and fell and my foot got stuck under me
. My ankle dislocated ( upside down and foot facing backwards) This caused
my lower leg to break.
I am having surgury in the morning- Sat. 8:00. Please say a prayer for a
successful outcome- Dr.Alder is a friend and I trust him completely.
