看Bowen自己的回忆1947年Marine的分队在一个秦皇岛的营地被共军包围了，共军要求
他们投降，Marine坚持了一晚上后成功撤离。有少数Marine之前出去喝啤酒被共军俘虏。
Bowen他们夜里挖了很多散兵坑，其中一个挖到了一箱子骨头，但夜里很吓人他们就把
箱子又埋上了。
1941年太平洋战争开始前北京协和医院把北京人头盖骨的箱子给撤离的Marine带走，运
往秦皇岛计划上米国军舰，但期间战争爆发，军舰搁浅，Marine成了日军俘虏，头盖骨

2011年两会前夕，许多代表、委员都表达了对转基因食品安全问题的关注。两会期间，
3月9日，王立军提出了《关于制定〈中华人民共和国食品药品安全犯罪法〉，以严刑峻
法惩治食品药品领域严重犯罪的议案》。
2011年3月11日，王立军接受采访谈到食品、药品安全问题时说，“现在三代人守一个
单亲链条。食品、药品安全问题，我们这一代不考虑，下一代怎么办？”
王立军曾到一些幼儿园、福利院考察，见到很多残障儿童，非常震撼。这些受到伤害的

提要：琉球问题并非悬而未决，中国政府多次承认琉球是日本不可分割的一部
分，无论从历史法理和现实上，所谓的“琉球问题”都不是一个问题。如果悍然
提出琉球问题只会令中日关系变得不可挽回，也难免受到日本提出台湾问题的反
制，最终将葬送了东亚十几亿人民的和平和福祉。此等局面为右翼分子所喜，但
决不是爱好和平的东亚人民所期待的。
前天，两个中国专家提出“悬而未决的琉球问题也可再议”的观点。在《人民日
报》这种报纸中刊登这类文章，自不免引起争议。那么，琉球问题是不是这些右
翼专家所言是“悬而未决的问题”呢？从历史和法理上看都是否定的。
首先，从历史上看。
琉球在1879年为日本吞并。尽管当时清政府并没有通过条约明确确认这一点，但
