我经常用
注册之后就会收到做survey的邀请了
大部分survey qualified的话做完能得上面的$3-$5代币
不qualified的话只得$0.25
攒到$25代币,就可以换一些GC和一些航空公司的里程
比较有用的是Continental,US Airways, delta
我一般都换成continental了
$25代币=500 miles
$50代币=1000 miles
$100代币= 2000 miles

发帖数: 7110 | 4 跟风推荐global test market。网上的评论似乎不太好。但是偶用的还不错。
报酬方面
也是积分的网站，1000积分换50刀。1000积分起兑。每个survey给的钱很少，大概才20
~50积分不等。但survey数量巨大，所以总收成还可以。目前偶的收成差不多是每两个
月50刀的样子（收过两次check了）。寄check到家里。兑换check后，要两个月才能收
到，这点很讨厌。不像pinecone差不多一周就寄到了...
付出方面
好的时候一天会收到8个左右survey，大概能过（qualify）1~2个。差的时候就是好几
天都不会收到survey。平均下来一个月大概收到60个左右的survey，能过15个左右。没
过的多数属于你click两下，1~2分钟就跳出了，没报酬。能过的消耗时间10~30分钟不
等。有的时候碰到特别长的survey真的想骂人，才折合2块钱一个的survey居然用了偶
30分钟之类...有时候也能碰到10分钟完成100积分（5刀）的survey...总之就是很费时
间。不过想想搞deal也是很费时间，也就酱紫了...

工作分类对比，然而并没有自己提出新的技术。
第一种情况：
这些survey被引用时别人都是写一句话而已，说xxx技术在我们领域使用过，xxx技术有
哪些优点或缺陷 ---- 都是按照我的survey写的这样一句话。
第二种情况：
有的人还表扬我的survey是Well structured surveys with valuable information。
还有人直接说沿用我总结的方法做他自己的工作。
第二种情况中，我能把总结别人工作的survey写出这么多价值，觉得自己也算是有点牛
X。
所以我想知道我能不能把这些写到推荐信里面。
请问这种survey我该怎么吹呢？

发帖数: 867 | 14 我刚刚看到我写的一篇survey（就是我在本版问了好几次的那篇）被欧洲某国军队研究
院引用。我查了一下，Wikipedia中把这个研究院和该国国防部并列于军队的
organization条目下，看来是国企无疑了。研究院网页上写他们是这个国家关于国防事
务的chief adviser to the Ministry of Defense。
我的survey被他们的一个report引用。他们的这个report里面有project编号，而且大
量引用我在survey中总结的内容，更是直接把我的好几张图原封粘贴（都加了引用了，
不是抄袭）。
我在survey中归纳了一类方法，这些方法是很多人各自提出的，他们有共同点，于是我
把它们归纳为一类方法。那个军队研究院的report中说他们prefer使用我总结出的这类
方法，直至北约提出新的标准为止。
请问这个算是亮点引用吗？
如果算亮点，那么我的担心是万一我使用了这个亮点：
1、毕竟是survey，已经被我反复写道多封推荐信里面了。

有一张类似于设计图一样的平面图，标出了lot的大小，以及哪里是你私人拥有的，哪
里是公共的。比如说你想要在房子周围搭建一个篱笆(fence)，在没有survey的情况下
，你搭建的篱笆就很有可能侵占了别人的土地，邻居是可以告你或者是自己把篱笆拆掉
的。但是有survey的话你就知道篱笆可以在哪里搭，能搭多长多厚了。同样的道理适用
于一些装饰性物品比如花墙，或者是utility的部件例如走电话线和水泥柱子等等。
还有一个作用是survey能告诉你房子的卖家在lot上标明的大小是不是和county里
的记录吻合。合同里面都会写lot的信息，这个信息要和survey以及county的记录一致
。否则卖家有可能把房子的lot写小了，而导致你以后卖房子的时候产生纠纷，或者与

survey公司必须把survey交给买家，一般来说是在close之前，因为lot的boundry可能
会有偏差。
注意"clear to close"不是"close"，clear to close是指买房贷款的final approval
，而survey又不需要提供给lender，所以不需要在clear to close之前完成，只需要在
过户之前拿到就可以了。
另外，由于survey不是绝对必须的，买家也可以选择不要，或者如果卖主有一个现成的
老survey，用那个也可以参考，少花$300-$400吧。 |

如果给他们最高的rating可以拿到更好的折扣
我个人的情况是买车价格明明砍好了到了finance的时候dealer又反悔说某某rebate不能
用否则利率就不是原来说好的x%而是standard rate，相当于OTD白砍价了，最后因为的
确想买 那辆车双方各让了一步但心里很不爽。很奇怪的是dealer piss me off了以后
还提
到这个survey说一定要给他们最高的评价，任何不是complete satisfactory的都相当于
fail，如果真要给差评的话一定要先给他们打电话
现在的问题是：这个survey是匿名的么？dealer知不知道我给他们打的分数？如果给差评
会不会遭到报复？那天买车的时候的确最后因为dealer反悔很不爽。不知道大家对这个
survey有没有经验？谢过先 |

各位过来人，请问Townhouse的话需要做Boundary Survey 么？ 还是只做Location
Drawing就可以了？
Boundary Survey 是包括Location Drawing 的。 如果以后想在后院加个为栏的话，
是不是必须要做Boundary Survey 啊？

对于买房的case，我们都是要求survey的，具体是attorney负责还是title公司负责就
不清楚了，也不太清楚survey是否源于county/township。不过我倒是知道survey大都
是不free的，500刀上下呢。如果seller有以前的survey，可能会便宜些。 |

德州的买房合同是个模板，像survey这个东西就规定好，是seller提供还是buyer cost
做。
签合同的时候seller可以用以前的survey卖个人情给下家。

一般一个survey应该可以用很多年，如果没有大的改动，（例如做游泳池），可以一直
用下去。
其他州就不知道什么习惯了。
为什么survey要buyer出钱呢？反正房子都可以在30-40年买卖多次，也没谁真的改它，
为啥每次卖房都要重做？不make sense。 |
