标准合同里面甚至都没有这一项，如果买家要求的话，会用separate的addendum写明。
呵呵，其实我们中东部州也有很多客户，那边的州贷款人一般都会要求出个survey。比
如德州，标准contract里面的Item 6C会提到合同生效之内的多少多少天survey公司必
须把survey给买家，还会写明该谁付钱。 |

但是我的律师还是要我更新，说这个survey不是guaranteed，说银行需要guaranteed
survey.

is done, very professional. He charged $400 less than other surveyor also,
I really do not know what more you can ask for him. And I need additional

接到这样一份survey，来自 United States Dept. of Commerce, US Census Bureau,
要填一些househol人员的信息，姓名，生日，职业，月收入，电费水费，房租，薪水，
等等乱七八糟的信息。
之前已经mail过来两次了，看要很多细节，没理它，过了很久了，这次被留条，说明天
会有人上门问这些问题。还说这个survey是必须的：
You are required by U.S. law to respond to this survey(Title 13, United
States Code, Sections 141, 193, and 221)
电话过去说自己不是公民是不是不用被问，答说只要是被系统选中的居民，都要回答，
又说是required的。

members.
Still there are tons of students and postdocs who may just ignore the survey.
I think this survey is highly biased toward the high end. They should not
published this survey result at all. |

found 3 surveys for 25, 50 and 100 points. It is not "free" if you consider
your time spent on that, but took me about 10 minutes, and I actually read
all the questions.

我当前的一个项目，是一个内部 online questionnaire or survey. 每一页首先显示
是一个问题。根据用户不同的选择，（单选或多选），同一页再显示此问题的若干子问
题。可能有几层。这个总问题答完后，同一页将显示第二个问题。 大致有十几个最多
几十个问题。
这些问题经常会变化，因此我们希望能同时有一个工具来让 survey 的设计者来输入问
题及逻辑，即根据用户的选择，下一个问题或子问题是什么。
应该设计一个什么样的数据结构最好？ |

不符合，可以到时候要求赔偿。
一般建议是自己先做一个survey，就算是cash买房。。。N多大妈对自己的property糊
里糊涂的情况下这里大骂她们的邻居，看着其实也挺烦。。。 |

通常来说，seller提供相对合理一些。因为seller可能有之前做的survey，可以继续用
，或者按照旧survey跟新一下作为新survey。 |

目前没有碰到过survey的账单寄给borrower的情况。一般，在closing前，律师或是
title公司才会去order survey。对于买房的mortgage来说，survey是必须的，而且费
用会出现在HUD-1上，没遇到过paid outside of closing的情况。不知道是不是州跟州
操作上有区别。 |

County, it's not required. The bank may have specific requirement for the
survey. But your attorney will know better. |

很多房子是有旧的survey的，title search出来就可以用，或者再做个endorsement之

我根据county网站提供的资料,已经确认目前的栅栏和walkway的边缘就是boundary了.

现在债主来要房子)
survey防止 以后邻居或者政府要动你的地界这样的麻烦

买房的时候特意做了plot plan，自己的property都在自己地上，
搬进来后发现本应该是直线的边界，被邻居家的后院侵占进来大概2个feet左右（总面
积大概40 sqft的样子,两家后院之间有共享的fence，final workthrough时候问了list
agent，说这个fence应该是我们建的）。如果不是邻居家侵占，也就是我家前院的草地
有一小块是他家的(我家草地边上是他家的铺好的driveway。但根据plot plan的比例，
他家侵占我家地的概率要大些，但plot plan没有法律效率，大家觉得有必要做
property survey吗？除了占地，还要把前院围起来，现在都不知道该围到哪里，也不
知道边界上的树和shrub是他家的还是我家，现在当我家的天天给他浇水了。

细节不说，发现医生恬不知耻地干了缺德事后第二天必然收到医院的 survey email.
估计说好的话， 以后出了错就是你开始无赖了。
说不好的话， 病人既然不满意就应该找别人， 出了事情不是我耽误的。
不同的州， 不同的医院都一个德行。
当然对于大多数家庭， 孩子大人基本没病也不必在意，不过就是survey不应该做。 |
