sutterland 走路只需要2分钟. 走到BC的shuttle bus站也只需要五分钟。
我在这边已经住了一年半了，因为合约是从2009年12月份开始签的，所以价格真的是很
便宜，只要$1200,而且包括heat和hot water。房子从6月20号开始可以入住，到了今年
12月，你如果觉得愿意，可以再跟房东签约，价格也是不变的。
在这栋公寓里，我的房租是最便宜的，户型也比较好，很适合跟人合租，超低的价钱学
生也能负担。

当地的中国人Agent，给了一个GFE：（10％ downpay，300K 贷款）
利率4.625%，800－1300开头的Agent付，就是0 closing了吧
Priciple & interst + mortage insurance 总共～ $1720 /month
今天在Zillow.com上送了一个Mortgage的Quote给网上的broker
下午就收到一个叫 Timothy Sutherland 的Suntrust的Broker给
的GFE，利率 4.125%, 800－1300开头要付$1800，这是Closing Fee吧。
Priciple & interst + mortage insurance 总共～ $1630 /month
两个Broker给的都不包括 prepaid/reserves.
请问，有人从Suntrust这个Broker贷款过么？这个Broker在Zillow
上有26个5星的评价，看起来不错。这种网上的贷款有什么风险吗？

.
第一，演员意外死亡会让票房更好，参见dark knight. mocking jay是H遗做，他的影
迷即使不跟hunger game也会看。
第二， mocking bird第一部他拍完了。
第三， 根据原著， H的戏份在mockingjay里根本不多，第二部完他基本就完成了故事
里的使命。第三部里老戏骨的重头戏在sutherland and J Moore. 如果这两人有意外
才是沉重打击。
当然后天狮门有ER，也许不看好？ |

沙立刻换成高树险涧,我就这样每天经过无数隧道去南海岸上班,沿途真的有些瀑布,虽
比庐山黄果树逊色不少,能在澳大利亚看到灵动的水,就象塔省的啤酒广告,已有很强的
望梅沁肺的快感.旋而火车就进入一个叫Otford的小站,就象中国的湖广边远山区的小站
一样,只有一个孤独的站台,和它的站长守候大半生,应该还有些人家在密林深处吧.月圆
的夜晚,只有徐徐的风和着低沉的海浪,浅声吟唱,颇象某年中秋的情景,当时我还没有成
家,女朋友都没有,只身乘火车横穿江南,整个车厢几乎只有我一个人,窗外的青山变幻着
色彩,思绪在茫然地找家.
Otford的特别在于满山是马场,马看上去不是赛马,因为并不矫健,下雨的时候还都穿着
背心,都静静地站着吃草,从没看到它们嬉戏,也许都是害羞的母马.马场有很多人为设置
的栅栏,所以我猜测它们只是是马术比赛用的马,或者是干苦力的马,但我无法知道真相,
毕竟是贵族和蓝领的天壤之别啊!它们总是那样温顺的站立着,或棕或黑或白站在蓝的天
,绿的山,黄的秋花里.想象一下,有几个假日背包仔某年 |
