是被local department的vp叫去聊了聊，但好歹也是第一次on-site，而且interviewer
很nice，所以表现的不是特别好，但依然很happy。本人fresh master to be。
vp是decision management department,搞credit card方向，一上来就问了几个问题：
1.如何让更多的customer用我们银行的credit card？
听完这个问题我第一反应就是伟大的统计版上出现过这道题，但我是N个月前看到的，
当时还抱着打酱油的心态，所以根本不知道别人怎么回答的！！！于是苦笑一下开口就
哇啦哇啦说了，什么先把客户分类啊，根据不同年龄，身份族群的特点来推出不同的政
策来迎合他们的喜好之类的，还举了几个例子，其中一个我现在想起来就觉得幼稚的想
撞墙，我说比如为了吸引girls可以把卡做漂亮点，有个性点。。。
2。我们和很多商家有合作，macys,sear,auto shop等等，如何让customer刷更多的卡

01 美国法律凭什么管外国人？
外国人在美国领土外的犯罪，美国政府有权管吗？
答案是肯定的：有权管。那么这是否可以看作某种形式的霸权主义呢？
没有比较，就看不清问题，请看《中华人民共和国刑法》第八条的规定：
【外国人在中华人民共和国领域外对中华人民共和国国家或者公民犯罪，而按本法规定
的最低刑为三年以上有期徒刑的，可以适用本法，但是按照犯罪地的法律不受处罚的除
外。】
可见，中国法律也有类似的规定。事实上，不光是中国和美国这样的超级大国，一般的
国家都会把自己国家的司法权延伸到境外。原因有二：
第一，刑事司法权是一个国家主权的一部分，没有国家愿意轻易放弃掉一部分主权。实
际上能不能做到很难说，但如果主动放弃司法权，那就有【丧权辱国】嫌疑了。
第二，保护本国利益的需要。比如一个外籍毒贩子，在中国境外生产毒品，但主要卖给
中国，现在这个毒贩子偷偷潜入中国境内被中国警方抓获。这时候，如果中国《刑法》
没有刚刚引用的第八条，那么按照法律，就只好释放毒贩子，这岂不荒唐！
因此，所谓【长臂管辖】并非美国所独有，而是国际上的通行做法。

OMG! There is a reason for yield sign instead of stop sign! You should nevr
stop on the ramp to a highway --- since cars behind you are probably
speeding up to merging into highway. If you do stop on the ramp, you
probably will get in this type of road rage, or even worse -- accidents,
more frequently.
Yield means that the traffic on the highway already has the right of the way.
How did you guys suvive on highway?

new target audience by looking into different ethical groups.

第二个问题是个社会问题，众说纷纭。。。但泛泛而言， intelligent species，作为

environment。。。出人头地是" 时辰一到，统统报销"。。。要知道，历史上出人头地

老外的哲学传统上由追求真理而来。所以钻牛角尖儿自杀行为挺多。老中深入人心的无

名族suvive几千年的法宝，也有鲁姓作家批为麻木不仁。抛开基因鉴定方面对“中华名

don't think it will affect its indition for other cancers, as other trials
