的那么神。
这个Swab的头也是Gel Coated的，实践下来还是得配合药水用才有效 |

如果经常清理第二步就可以了，灰尘堆积多的话到第三步，第四步我还没用到过。如果
还除不掉就只能送修或者换机了。
检查结果用sensor loupe；平时不摘镜头的时候可以调到最小光圈对着电脑白屏照一张
照片，检查sensor有没有灰尘。

今天又去看医生，小家伙很有性格，居然要四个人配合才洗了耳朵。
先是一个黑妹妹护士，教我怎样抱着狗，让她来洗。我按她的方法抱着，在桌子上。狗
狗一看见清洗液的瓶子就开始不高兴，使劲摇头蹬腿。黑妹妹怕他摔着，说把狗狗放在
地上试试，结果还是一样。然后黑妹妹把医生叫来，她抱着狗，我按着后腿，医生来洗
。狗狗乱蹬乱抓，黑妹妹表情痛苦。医生很快洗了一只耳朵。要洗另一只耳朵的时候，
狗狗又开始发飙，难以控制。黑妹妹从地上爬起来，检查了一下自己的胳膊有没有没抓
伤。还好，一切正常。医生告诉她穿上长袖衣服，再喊一个护士来。最后是黑妹妹抱着
狗狗，另一个护士按着头和前腿，我按着后腿，医生洗了另一只耳朵。
检查结果：swab result negative. 医生说不用再上药了，过几天再洗洗耳朵，再过一
星期复查。 |

发帖数: 27 | 14 多谢你们的解析，其实我也不知道那个做migration的是transwell还是boyden
chamber，反正就是那种买的insert独立包装的，把它放在２４well plate中。
control就是无serum的培养液，实验组就是正常１０%serum的培养液。结果就是有时候
control里migration的细胞很少（相对１０%的培养液的实验组），有时候很高，与实
验组没区别。migration的时间是４小时。
感觉每次细胞状态变化很大，除去没migration的细胞这个操作变化也很大，不知道大
家都是怎么做的，protocol都是说用cotton swab，感觉这个操作起来变化太大了
大家是怎么操作，怎么染色，定量的？

很有意思。。。这402 healthy adults的取材比较讲究吧，。。她是遗传系的。。为什
么不找家族（pedigree)来做这个实验，这样结果会更丰富。。不是都说，精神病

一根一包装的，还是一把一包装的，你可以到店里问人，也可以在网上搜。像
drugstore.com, 在medicine cabinet, personal care那些种类下看看，或者直接搜
dressing pads, cotton balls/swabs什么的。一般retail的价肯定比supplier的价高
，那个应急包本来就是应急的，有时效的，当然不可能装那么多。还有你那消毒水是什
么，有效期多远，这种东西个人是不可能天天用的，不用屯。失效的东西，不要用，弊
大于利，没必要在这上面省钱。 |

对不起 我还没有正式工作！只是得到了offer！但是我的preceptor 是在小医院做得！
当时做得是ER OB and med surg！ 小医院工作起来比较轻松，相对压力小很多！ 人都
非常nice！起码表现出来的是这样的。我在ER 工作的时间比较多，对病人做基本的
assessment，询问病情病史 全部都是有电脑显示的，只需要照着问。start IV， EKG
，这是基本，采集血sample urine sample， sometimes， nasal swab。然后就是给
药，医生开药 给药！最多的就是协调工作，和医生的协调，主要报告病人情况，还有
就是把医生的意见传达给病人！ 和各个检验科的联系，CT MRI ultrasound， floor
nurse if need admitted。 然后就是chart. 刚开始回比较忙，因为有时候好多病人，
需要统筹规划！ 还有就是和病人的交流比较重要，explain everthing. do not

1.病人一时无法转院你是的假设，现在美国全国都在紧急状态中，两个感染的护士都安
全转院了，有专机专人来接，怕的不是无法转院，怕的是有些医院不顾自己有没有能力
，硬要逞强，其实想要出名不怕，怕的人拿别人的命去搏自己的名，比如达拉斯的那家
医院。你对护士长安排护士不熟悉吧？想当然认为护士长会因为俺没有牺牲精神而必须
自己顶上？实际上，大部分护士长会是第一个告诉医院bedboard我们没有能力收治这样
的病人。各个科室的护士长对自己科室的保护最严格，哪一级病人去哪里治疗护士长比
下面的护士清楚得多，根本用不着护士们担心。你觉得如果医院条件不够，病区里收治
了高传染性，高致死性疾病，只有那一个护士是受害者吗？护士长比你更算得过来这个
帐。不知道你在美国有多少工作经验，显然这里的文化你还不了解不熟悉。这样的时候
看你专业不专业不是看你有没有冒死的精神，而是看你懂不懂自己的limit。就像你生
