China or swaped in china by chinalink folks. I don't think there is
anything you can do. No side would admit it.

今天老爸才收到手机，说是变成了黑色的山寨手机，气得要死，中国那边赖帐，说不管
。大家有碰到过这种情况么？我感觉应该是在中国调包的，明天去找这边的中国快递，
估计他们也没什么解决的办法。。。大家往国内寄东西一定要小心啊。 |

Any O(n) approach? what if the range of the integers in the arrays are huge?

It should be 1/2 becasue there is one card not joke in dealer hand.
in this case, you
you still have 1/2 chance to get card from dealer's hand by swaping.
1/2 vs 1/2 no meaning. |
