这边查到的，好几个帖子总结合并了一下
米糊：
single grain的米糊喂一个月后就可以加multi grain了。还可以试试oat meal (防止
便秘很有效的）米粉添加先后顺序是：Rice,Barley,oatmeal，other kind of grains-
> mixed grain.
水果：
先加苹果泥然后是香蕉然后是梨再是所有其他类型的水果，每三到五天可以加一种新的
水果。每顿给半罐到一罐（4 1/4 OZ 的罐）
蔬菜：
先offer黄色蔬菜，两个星期后再给绿色蔬菜。同样是每顿给半罐到一罐，sweet
potato, potato, green bean, zucchini, swede.

想起来4年前曾经写过的这篇旧帖，当时主要是参考了Gina Ford的The Contented
Little Baby Book（以下简称CLB）上面关于辅食添加的部分、每次体检时儿医给的手
册以及营养师朋友那里学到的知识。写的时候有考虑到不同孩子和不同家庭的差别，于
是尽量把我了解到的知识都囊括进去，而不只是挑选我觉得重要和有用的。结果写完发
现真的好长，于是分成两篇了。一些关键词用黑体标出以方便查找信息，不过因为列出
的建议较多较细，各位爸爸妈妈千万不要被吓到，根据自家情况过滤筛选一下就好，有
任何疑问的欢迎通过各种方式讨论:)
开始正文之前先说说CLB这本书，这是一本争议比较大的书：特别喜欢和特别不喜欢的
人都不少。Gina本人是一名护士，所以这本书理论部分比较精炼，然后篇幅较重的是实
践部分，比如孩子的吃睡具体应该如何操作。她的建议相当细，一天的作息是精确到每
一个钟点的。考虑到孩子的个体差异，如果孩子刚出生的时候并没有参考此书的建议，

虽然打猎一般就一两枪，薄管理论上应该没有太大影响，但是出发前sign in/practice
困难也挺讨厌的
270口径差不多6.8mm，威力挺不错的，难怪很多欧洲人喜欢用6.5 x 55 swede打鹿呢

from a couple very specific longrange bullets.
It's good to 1000yds, but the wind will be pushing the lighter bullets
around much past that.
The realistic maximum range is 1500yds with 115gr Dtacs.

Tanto——现在都是塑料握把，比以前的伞绳版握感好了很多
不锈钢就找EKA的，Sandvik 12C27钢
