位瑞典发明家诺贝尔用自己的遗产所设立的一项无关政治、客观公正、体现普世价值的

你说理论是基础，证据何在？
如果理论并非是基础，拿掉理论，有效性仍然存在。
比如按摩并非是中医所独有，西方自古也有按摩，流派很多。

西方没有阴阳五行理论，同样发现了按摩的有效性。
这不就证明阴阳五行并非是按摩有效性的基础吗？
西医的有效性是理论促成的。体现在其预测性。
比如：头几种抗生素是神农尝百草偶然发现的（经验）
并没有抗生素理论作为它的基础。相反这种发现是形成理论的基础。
通过研究其抗菌机理，发现其特殊分子结构（归纳演绎，形成理论）
从而预测有类似分子结构的都具有抗菌效应（预测未知事物）
从此就可以人工地改造分子创造出新分子
再通过实践检验发现新分子也有抗菌效应。（验证了理论）
这样我们才能说新抗菌素的有效性是以理论为基础的。
（经验）->（理论）->（预测）->（验证）

另外，有众多类似对手互相拉练的拉锯战争也是科技的催化剂。所以春秋战国是中华文
明的轴心时代。多少科学家是法国炮兵学校训练出来的。
毕升之后，中国的文人统治阶层（江南人）完全不适应战争。所以胜利者总是胜利地太
快太轻易。全是没死几个人，就胜利了。好比满清征服全中国，没死几个人。死的还都
是在和蒙古的战争中（雍正说的）。
因此，催化剂没法发挥作用。甚至战争之后，科技大退步（比如清朝代替明朝，又以骑
射为本），胜利者觉得失败者的科技完全无用。其实不是科技无用，而是掌握科技的人
太没用。
看欧洲人打成什么样，经历了三百年和平的大清，在鸦片战争不败才没有天理。大清的

According to Swedish newspaper, "Svenska Dagbladet said on Saturday that Geely's chairman had given guarantees that ALL research and development activities would remain in Sweden and that production would first be ASSURED by plants in Sweden."
IMO, it's a very tough job if not impossible for Geely to turn Volvo Car into profit. |

名瑞典官员周四说，一个国际监测网已开始检测到日本福岛县受损核电站所释出放射性
物质的踪迹。
如果人体持续暴露在有高剂量放射性物质的环境中，生命健康将受到危害。碘和铯等都
属于放射性物质。
不过，迄今从福岛受损核电站释放出的放射性物质数量还不大，它们在跨越太平洋的过
