weak area for tennis.) Here's a few things we do:
1. Volley technique. Machine near service line, soft pace, fast feed rate,
slight backspin, set to sweep. Focus on footwork, placement, technique.
2. Volley attack. Machine set at baseline, fast pace, fast feed, flat ball,
sweep off, volley three consecutive balls approaching from no-man's land to

划水，手 out sweep 的时候一定会产生侧向扭矩。如果
像蛙泳一样肚子严格朝下的时候划就会比较悲催，因为
这个侧向扭矩主要在水平方向的，没啥东西可以平衡掉它，
不由自主会过中线。另外在垂直方向，由于肚子朝下，
如果要平衡，那个导致的身体位置改变也会引起不必要
的阻力。
所以爬泳是要求侧身划水，这样侧向扭矩相当一部分
垂直方向的，可以被身体的重力（取决于位置稍微改变）
平衡掉。另外这个侧向扭矩同时提供横滚的力矩，
out sweep - in sweep 动作的稍稍改变也可以用来改变
横滚的速度和大小，减少腿的负担，能量都不浪费。
爬泳的设计总体上来说，我觉得是最符合人体工程学的。 |

的是大于5刀的东西，不足部分用KMART GC补上了。
10月30日拿到FitStudio Points的第二个5000点，11月6日（过期日）傍晚在店里买了
大于5刀的东西，指明用点数结账，回家一看这个5000点似乎凭空消失了。扣的点数是

基本上个人觉得是国内民间美式橄榄球的发展史了，原帖还在继续填坑中。
美式橄榄球运动在国内发展迅猛，2011年只有北京、上海两支球队，短短几年间如同星
火燎原一般在全国各地生根发芽，甚至一些邻国也受到了影响组建了第一支橄榄球队。
大家可能觉得夸张，实际情况是有一名哈萨克斯坦的留学生加入了复旦龙骑兵队，经过
1年的活动后，回国组建了球队。
在此主要介绍国内社会上的一些草根民间球队，按地区和出现时间排序吧，没有包括大
学球队（社团球队以及其他有组织的校队等）。文中提到的AFLC联赛参见另外一篇介绍

case anyhow, there is but limited amount of lateral movement in down swing.
The majority part of dropping the shoulder is accomplished by turning
torso from bottom to top. Or, maybe I misunderstand you. if lateral movement
does not mean hip movement. But indeed shallowing the plane is so critical.
