，我现在孕30周，刚刚fail了1小时和3小时的耐糖测试，我的OB把我refer到了橙县一
所非常好的医院的糖尿病中心的一个叫Sweet Success的program. 昨天晚上我去上了第
一个session, 是由一名专业的营养师上的，我觉得很有收获，虽然2个半小时，上完课

俺觉得不用太纠结 sweet spot，俺觉得你可以开始试试加上手，那个 under-switch
的 drill，做那个 drill 可以全翻过来。将来回来再练 sweet spot，走螺旋式上升
的路线。
另外，sweet spot，吸气时稍稍转过来一些，这样吸气会容易些，不需要转成仰泳，
天长日久，打水技术上去，可能需要转得更少吧，个人猜想。
另外，俺觉得难点是更精确的头部位置的控制，更好的平衡，需要打水感觉更好，可能
需要长期的练习。
TI 的 drill，我觉得就是随便做一下容易，但是做好就很难。可能 drill 的这么设计
也是优点，老少咸宜，慢慢进步。 |

当年adoption center里来了一批新小猫，Sweet Pea和Fluffy便是其中最可爱的两只。
路过的客人都对他们俩最感兴趣，每次我都跟他们说，这两个已经有主啦～
三个月以后，终于把他们接回了家，这俩一点都不认生
哥俩好常抱在一起睡觉
或者各自睡得天昏地暗
对玩具充满了兴趣
Fluffy第一次咳毛，Sweet Pea赶紧上前安慰
永远低档不了酸奶的诱惑
一开始的时候没有太大的研究，头半年试用了不少垃圾猫粮，真是对不住。。
第一年我们还住在和另外好几个室友合租的房子里，Sweet Pea和Fluffy整整一年都只
呆在我的卧室里。当年拍出来的照片也都不怎么调，大家随便看看吧～
最后发现Fluffy的照片比较多，补一张正面的小时候的Sweet Pea |

感觉他那的那个sweet onion酱很不错。想买一瓶早上夹面包吃。
我把我们附近的WALMART、COSTCO和TARGET都找过了，愣是没找到叫sweet onion的酱。
那天中午上amazon搜了下，结果搜出了个，但又担心amazon上的不新鲜不敢买。

最近室内育苗，有豇豆，丝瓜，西红柿和sweet pepper。豇豆和丝瓜是在AGROHAITAI
LTD 上买的。西红柿和sweet pepper是在HD买的。
一半的丝瓜种子下到土里之前我还用水泡了三个小时。只泡一半是为了比较泡和不泡的
效果。
豇豆和西红柿一个星期90%的种子就出苗了，但是丝瓜和sweet pepper都10天了，一点
动静都没有。
是室温不够吗？现在室温只有华氏70。还是有别的原因？望指点。 |

开15分钟，停，加软化的黄油（不能是热的），再重新开40分钟，停机器，然后等40--

我家小子四岁半，总是会跟我说一些好听的话，比如说，我喜欢你，I love you, It
is nice to be together 之类的。高兴了还会表扬我几句，比如说“妈妈，你做的饭真
好吃”。还有他经常会说，“我小时候老那样做，现在不那样了，我懂事，对吗？”
上个周末，他发现有Disney On Ice，就表示想去。我说买当天的票太贵了，我们下个
星期去。他嚰矶了一会，就同意了。今天早上，我告诉他妈妈已经定了票，这个星期六
去。他竟然说“谢谢”。老妈赶紧表示，客气啥，应该的。
还有有一次，给他讲算数题，结果他在那东张西望，注意力不集中。老妈我顿时火就上
来了，音量提高，怒目而视。结果小子看着我的眼睛，竟然哈哈哈哈地傻笑起来。看着

Wisconsin最近6年5次进sweet 16.
查了一下，UCLA在70年代6年5进final four。不过任何六年中5次进sweet 16的也不是

你说的身体转一半我肯定呼吸不了, 即使ti视频里的演示也是介于转一半到平躺之间.
我是记得有个地方说要rotate just enough, 然后轻松呼吸, 我做不到. 我理解的
rotate just enough应该是转一半和平趴之间(接近转一半). sweet spot的rotate显然
是more than enough了. 可能是后面的drill我练混了... |
