包括8个5oz的杯子。
酸奶引子可以用北京酸奶，或者京味酸奶，这两种都是含糖的。如果买不到，也可以买
一种蓝色罐子的原味酸奶，上面写着plain, all natural. 里面不含糖，walmart或者
任何一家美国店就可以买到。大概3块钱一罐。
炼乳就是sweetened condensed milk, 2块钱左右一罐。walmart或者任何一家美国店就
可以买到。
我的大致做法是：如果要作n杯酸奶，就用酸奶机自带的杯子量n-1杯鲜奶倒入容器中加
热，再在一个杯子里加入1/3杯的酸奶和1/3-1/2杯的炼乳（根据自己的口味加减炼乳，
也可以不加），再加入奶到3/4刻度处，搅匀。然后把整杯倒入加热后的奶中搅匀，分
到每个杯子中。把杯子放到酸奶机里，定时，时间到就好了。manual上建议定时八小时
，但我发现6个小时就够了。所以第一次做的时候注意观察，如果奶凝固了就好了。
