我以前的一家公司,原来总部在北卡的,当时听到巴马要这么干,马上注册到爱尔兰去了.
现在实际上的总部还在北卡,但开什么董事会和股东大会就要去爱尔兰.
这次巴马算sweeten deal,普通的公司税率为31%,这次巴马说你们一次性交19%就算过关
. 问题是注册到爱尔兰很容易,他们的税率大概10%? (记不清了,反正很低).真正的大公

one-China policy is reckless. It will only lead to a situation you will
have to either backing up or leading a worldwide sanction to punish China.
That's how we ended in the last post's discussion on "punish china".
Instead, going directly after China's unfair play in the trades will gain

另外提示,
1.做hot milk cake时，我放3/4 Cup（方子上用1 Cup）砂糖已经足够甜了，不爱吃甜
的朋友更要酌情

I bought them often until I realized there is the horrible high fructose
corn syrup in each cup. Of course, most other brands such as Yoplait, etc do

一来brown sugar里加的molasses很少，达不到红糖的程度。另外，我觉得whole food
和分解
再合成的还是有区别的。比如一个人给大卸八块再重新堆一块儿，虽然零件全了，但是
和原来的活人
还是不一样。另外人体消化吸收食物的过程非常复杂，所以合成维生素与食物里的维生
素吃到肚子里
完全不一样。不一定对，只是我的想法。
sucanat 我在 whole foods 里买的。事实上，这是个美国公司的trademark，比较好找

凤梨酥，折腾了两个晚上的成果。。。
吃完饭了，上图啦！
成品，现在的还没回油，所以颜色还没有很金黄：
君之的房子：
酥皮配料：低筋面粉90克，全脂奶粉35克，黄油75克，鸡蛋25克，糖粉20克，盐1/4小勺(1.25ML)
凤梨馅配料：冬瓜（去皮去籽）900克，菠萝（去皮）450克，细砂糖60克，麦芽糖60克
奶粉我用的杏仁粉代替，糖用的baking sweetener， butter用的一半real butter一半替代butter，鸡蛋我只用了2个黄。
1、冬瓜切去皮，除去籽以后，切成小块。锅里烧开水，放入冬瓜，煮15分钟左右，直到彻底煮熟（水要没过冬瓜，冬瓜煮到变成透明就表示彻底熟了）。
2、煮好的冬瓜冷却后，用纱布包起来，挤掉水分（为让冬瓜快速冷却，可以过凉水）。冬瓜水丢弃不用，把脱水后的冬瓜放在案板上用刀剁成冬瓜蓉。

并不是十分满意，当然比我现在的要多了可能有15%到20%吧，但是现在挣得少啊。
面了Y的邮件组没过，又要我去search面。面了T家的平台组，反馈还不错但是建议
我再去realtime组面，其他的F和A都fail了。刚刚和recruiter讲了要多点股票和sign
on就接受了。对方已经有点松口了，但不知道能sweeten多少，反正不多要白
不多要。5天的时间看来是来不及再去T面试和拿offer了，他们的速度有点慢。
A和F都死在老印手里了，A是我感觉的，F是猎头明确说那轮不够好的，我当时
看见system design是个老印就隐隐感觉不妙，果然悲剧。 |

responsibilities and your career trajectory within the company. If I were
you I would drop in the fact that you are waiting to hear back from other
companies, but you are excited about the AWS role. If the hiring mgr is
