最近学习偶像邓肯三十八岁保持良好状态勇夺冠军的精神。说到底还是控制饮食。一个
月没怎么锻炼减了体重8%,肚子下去的很明显。
早餐可以选择:全麦面包,水果(香蕉为主),鸡蛋蛋白,低糖cereal等。 除非你上
午运动量很大不要吃花生酱果酱黄油这些东西。
午餐:鸡肉,牛油果,生菜混合的沙拉。选balsamic vinegar, sesame ginger这种低
热量dressing,远离Caesar/Ranch/千岛等。
晚餐家里是传统中餐没法避免。完全不吃米饭是最简单的法子。肉菜照吃。 同时劝说
ld买高质量的鸡鸭鱼肉,尽量减少红肉,减少油炸,多用烤箱。
尽量不喝任何带糖的饮料。 比如不喝soda,咖啡不加糖,茶不喝sweeten过的,一天
一杯无糖绿茶挺不错的。
尽量不吃零食甜品,最多尝一口。
饿的时候尽可能忍着,实在不行吃一点水果全麦面包。
关键是自律,抵抗各种美食的诱惑。 以前公司同事生日都是一个cupcake下去,现在
最多吃纸一样薄的一片。 冰激凌吃一勺。
能坚持下去效果很显著。虽然开始不吃米饭的时候会有点头晕。

I had an Indian student worker who looked full of muscle and much fitter
than me. Each time I asked him to do some labor work, like move CRT monitors
or PCs, he would sweat and looked tired. I asked him and he said he is a
vegetarian. I believe that's what you have in common. So if you cannot eat
meat, then go with Whey protein powder but I would go with the natural one (
no added sweetener).
Egg white, soy bean, fish, and chicken breast are not greasy too.

carbohydrate diet, the artificial sweeteners and additives in
most powders, ...但是我总感觉他的arguments不是很从充分的说... 感觉他基本上在找一切
理由在推荐Whey protein.
可能是因为我自己觉得Whey protein对大多数人是没必要的.

It's 100% pure whey protein isolate. Far better than whey protein powder and
has nothing else added (no sugar, no sweetener). I should warn you that it
tastes awful if mix with water or juice. I mix it with organic soy milk.
Tastes great. It's also a bit hard to mix and sticky. I mix it a night
before go to bed and put it in fridge.
I only took it about a month and already see results.

Cheap one but not good IMO.
Recommend whey isolates not whey powder. Also I hate artificial sweeteners
so I only use unflavored all natural one. Then mix it with soy milk.
BTW, you don't have kidney problem, do you?

To OP: protein bar contains Sucralose, artificial sweetener. They also say
it's not as efficient as protein isolates. You can try whey protein isolates.

以前不减肥的时候真是不能理解为什么有人喝咖啡要放“假”的糖啊,放了一次
觉得好难喝都倒掉了;也不能理解为什么有人要和diet coke,觉得比起classic
的口味实在差太多。。现在终于能理解了,而且自己也慢慢的注意这些东西了。
阿氏官网说能喝diet coke,artificial sweetener每天也能少量摄入(3包)
,但是每包还是要算1g的net carb,公主之前发的情人节巧克力也用了
splenda/truvia,我看国内的人作baking的时候也有用木糖醇代替糖给
糖尿病人吃的,atkins bar的成分表里有含量不低的sugar alcohol。。
打算买点sugar substitute,去找了点东西看看。。

stevia更安全吧。
我减肥已经减的对甜味没有什么craving了阿,嘿嘿。咖啡,牛奶这种
喝原味都很好的,没有必要sweeten呢。。如果是中式的炖汤,放几颗
红枣就足够了:)
整体口味都清淡了许多。虽然有的时候很馋饭馆的香气,但是真正去吃了
之后,又觉得口味太重。。。吃完了很难受。

代糖对胰岛素分泌的影响还真的有人做过研究
比如这个老文章

但是前提是same dose as glucose。而实际情况是,非常少量的代糖就可以产生很甜的
味觉效
果,所以这个same dose在日常生活中是不太容易发生的。
你如果考古还能找到我的一个taste recepter的文章的话,可以看看。有甜味的东西除
了在味蕾上
起作用,还可能对gut hormone的分泌有影响。还有很多我们未知的东西。

我整篇文章一开头就说了,存在很多争议的地方
果糖也是一例
前面我说了反果糖派的说法
挺水果派的说法是,你在美国,大部分多余的果糖摄入来源不是水果而是
各种食品的添加剂(sweetener),正因为如此,美国人果糖超标
挺水果派就说了,假如你能保证不吃加工食品,完全吃natural的,那么一般
水果的果糖量是可以接受的

说到这个,我想起之前在超市买东西,对Naked的果汁很动心,觉得搭配的不错很好喝
很健康的样子。
可是明明是no sugar added的,为什么含糖还是那么多呢?一看其实很多使用果汁来
sweeten的。。
苹果汁神马的。。。
