美国这个地方吧，什么都好，就是转基因食品太多！
生活在美国，如果你不想吃转基因食品，那也不是不可能，但还是有相当难度的。我本
人不是研究转基因的专家，但对转基因却非常关心。美国超市里有转基因食品上市了，
方舟子和崔永元又打起来了，这样的时候，我都要跑去看看热闹。美国政府在2015年初
批准转基因苹果（北极苹果）在美国上市之后，我过段时间就去超市转一圈，很想亲眼
看看转基因苹果是什么样子，但到目前我还没有见过转基因苹果，更没有吃过转基因苹
果。我等得都有点急了。现在中国国内有句讽刺人的话：你就是吃转基因的命，操转基
因的心！我还真是这样的人。

的杆，用起来肯定是有差别的，它们一个是M power，一个是MH power。lure range也
不同。airwave 是1-3 1/2，但是trimph 只有1/2-2 1/2。这也就是为什么你仍重点的
饵，trimph给你不安全的感觉，但是airwave还行。但是，不管是airwave还是trimph，
都是扔轻饵的杆，airwave 的sweet spot在1.5-2.5 oz左右，trimph在1-1.5oz。尽管
每根杆都标了lure 的range，但是每根杆都有自己的sweet spot，这个sweet spot都很
窄，不会像标的一样范围那么大。在sweet spot附近，是这根杆发挥最好效果的地方，
超出这个范围，就只能看使用者自己的感觉了。
所以说，这两根杆本身就有很多差别，你用起来自然是感觉不同。你要拿trimph仍重点
的饵，本身都已经接近或者超出了标记的lure 范围，自然更不用说是超出了其sweet

一直在犹豫要不要吃这个三日减肥餐，据说三天减6磅。
算了一下三天的热量摄入，第一天1250大卡，第二天900多，第三天780。

Wilson的butt cap, 容易坏， 而且削球时，磨得手掌痛。。。
以前我也很不适应Babalot, feel 太不一样。 不过这次这个pure control pro 还不错
， 就是轻了点。 最近用朋友的(added lead tape)打了些game, 感觉很好。
definitely a lot more forgiving. 我的感觉是 6.1 的sweet spot 小， 但非常
sweet； pure control 的sweet spot 大， 但没那么sweet. 最终结论是我的timing,
spacing, positioning, movement, anticipation 还是不够好， 要每次打到6.1的
sweet spot不容易， 所以就得靠器材派了。 |

哪些蔬菜水果值得考虑买有机产品？
前一阵和一位同事聊天，她提到草莓，桃子等是属于含农药量最高的几种蔬菜水果，结
论是能少吃尽量少吃，实在嘴馋就去买“有机产品”。最近又看到一篇文章提到“十种
最脏的蔬菜水果”。我不知道这篇文章的科学性究竟有多强，可信性有多高，只是摆在
这里做为一篇参考资料吧。
The Environmental Working Group (EWG，环境工作小组，一个民间组织)在对美国农业
部和FDA的报告进行研究后，对49种蔬菜水果的“洁净度/含杀虫剂量”排了一个“兵器
榜”。以下是“最脏的前十名”：

Ben started bullying Fluffy. Sweet Pea jumped in to intervene. I sprayed
some water on Ben's face and he went hiding. Then he came back out and Sweet
Pea went to Ben and disciplined him. Ben tried to come back and attack
Sweet Pea but Sweet Pea managed to chew bunch of big chunks of hair out of
Ben. He went fleeing.
All in all, Ben is a really bad boy.
Maybe Ben is better off as a single cat, not a cat that terrorizes everyone

么东东，好象含纤维很多。可能因为是大叶绿菜，所以农药含纳比较多，而且因为质地
不平滑，不容易清洗干净。
9。Cherry （樱桃）。皮薄果甜，比较容易招惹那些狂蜂滥虫。
8。Spinach （菠菜）。和第十名一样，大叶绿菜，收集农药能力比较强，而且也不太

A simple example is a married couple with no kids who deduct $60,000 in
state, local and real estate taxes. Their AMT Sweet Spot stretches from
incomes of $447,800 to $680,400. At the bottom of the Sweet Spot their tax
bill is $121,884. At the top it is $187,012. Across this Sweet Spot where
$232,600 of income is taxed at 28%, their tax bill went up only $65,128. |

ones I remember: mango chicken, too sweet, mango itself was very sweet, the
sauce was even sweeter, used white meat chicken which I didn't like, the
menu didn't describe it, it was supposed to be spicy, but there was no
spiciness whatsoever, price of it was $13. a rib dish that came in a small
metal pot, about $10 and only 7 pieces of ribs, it was also very sweet. got
