最近想带我家的小朋友(4 岁)去游泳池玩玩水，没有学过游泳， 想问问大家都给小
孩穿什么。想有一些保温的 (怕水太冷)，又带floating功能的。知道有叫wetsuit
的有保温， 和floating swimsuit，不知道它们是不是差不多? 还是wetsuit 保温
但不float, floating swimsuit 可float 但不保温? 对它们不同的名字有点confuse.
还有小孩的floating device 大家是用floating ring还是用lifejacket? 还是有
floating
swimsuit 就不需要这些了?
真是不太懂。看版上学游泳的小孩挺多的，希望大家多多赐教。多谢。 |

第一次下水,最好给穿上那种floating swimsuit,尽量不要在水太凉的时候第一次尝试.
游泳眼镜准备好. 很关键.
然后就是诱敌深入了,从浅到深,关键是让孩子知道你隔的不远,他 /她掉下去的话你会
及时挽救不至于呛水.
小孩子学的快,下水几次就比我这个旱鸭子游的好多了.

rash功能的游泳衣?
听起来好像不需要floating swimsuit. 准备第一次带swim ring去， 这样是不是
rashguard 和wetsuit 都可以。要保暖就用wetsuit, 但是天气暖和就rashguard了。
我的总结对吧?
就是不知道wetsuit是不是比较重， 一般下水游泳不穿的? 这样看来只有rashgaurd的
choice了? |

swimsuits feel a little tighter and not as elastic though.
I buy 2-3 swimsuits yearly from Swim Outlet. The Speedo Endurance I had
from last year is still good. Lycra Extra Life material is ok, but not as
good. |

I usually do 3 x 400 yard free drill and it takes about 6 minutes with my
beach swimsuit.I swam 2 x 400 yard free with normal effort level with my
yingfa swimsuit. it was 5:38 for both. therefore,it supported previous
result that drag from beach suit increases 2-3 second per 50y free.
