秒绘制背景，每次大约需要15毫秒。
中间有一次需要把Frame setVisible(false),setResizable等，然后重新显现窗口。出
现本文中最后出现的Exception。如果把task改成每15毫秒一次，则每次都可以出现这
个Exception.用的是jdk。如果改为jre，则看到Exception次数变少，内容都一样，没
有行号。
会是什么原因？会和Repaint以及窗口短暂消失有关系吗？窗口消失的时候，里面有加
入一些Swing的元件，比如layered Pane等。

First Year>上看到一些关于Walker, ExerSoucer, Jumperoo以及Swing的介绍，试着翻
译了一下，回馈宝宝版，拿出来与大家分享。

Baby Swing:
使用swing也有一些负面作用。过多使用也会阻碍宝宝练习一些重要的运动能力，比如
爬行。还会减少宝宝与你互动的机会。
所以使用swing 也要有一些限制。
一、 每次不超过30分钟，每天最多两次。
二、 把swing 放在你待得房间，在他摇的时候也与他互动。比如，洗碗的时候用洗
碗布与他玩躲猫猫，看信的时候与他唱歌，打电话的时候来个来个偶然的拥抱，等等。
三、 如果宝宝在swing中要睡觉了，确保在他睡着前把他抱到小床里。不光为了他
睡觉的时候脑袋不垂下，更是让他学会没有摇动也能入睡。

今天我做了个test。 swing driver用几乎水平的磨盘swing，结果很容易打180码左右
。把我郁闷
的。我花了吃奶的力气打driver也就是200多一点。
我感觉driver的swing 磨盘swing的成分很大。磨盘swing的特点是最后release一定要
松。
driver的swing plane flat，但是感觉后手需要用很多力气。
iron swing就很少磨盘swing的成分，主要是leading hand带动的上体rotation。swing
plane很steep，相对于driver。后手用力很少，尤其短杆，7号以上。
高手都说swing应该一种，无论什么杆。你们都是这样的感觉吗？ |

发帖数: 19471 | 13 最近在相机的帮助下好好分析了自己的swing，找到了症结所在。我之前的back swing
过大，而且角度过于upright, 导致脊椎角度变化、头部上下动和左臂弯曲，所以击球
一直不稳定。从结果来看就是打中的时候距离比较远，弹道也不错，但成功率实在太低
，也就是没有一个consistent swing。最近下狠心在做出如下修改：
1，Address时候更多的bend at the hip，手臂更接近躯干并垂直于地面。这样实际上
离球更近，上臂于躯干之间也更compact，有助于promote a more compact, "tight"
swing.
2，大幅缩短back swing。这个是最难的，因为自己的感觉和实际上杆的位置差距很大
。目标是调到两点钟位置，目前还是略微超过三点
3，有意识地让back swing更平。这样有两点好处。
- 要平，手背就自然和手腕更平行了，这样球杆回来的时候手腕对击球角度的影响
就小了很多。
- 右上臂更贴近身体，整个swing中的变数就更小，swing plane这个平面变得简单
多了

，我个人觉得练习half swing没啥用处。half swing开始的地方是full swing开始加速
的地方，这个时候swing的力量已经成型，力量方面只有weight shift了。你要练习的

始bouncer swing都上了，晚上哄睡也是swing 然后睡着了放小床，4个月开始他自己突
然就不爱用了，现在6个月独立睡觉没问题。你可以每次试着让他自己先睡睡，失败了
上swing，宝宝神经长好了慢慢会自己clam down的

according to john novesel measure, you are about or close to 21/7. from
start of takeaway to impact, about 0.8 seconds.
it amazes me that your finish balance is very good for such a fast swing.

exact move. but it's obvious i still have the following swing problems. see
the swing sequence attached, compared with Els, comparison grouped #1 - #10

处。
虽然iron跟wood的swing plane不一样。但是人的core swing动作基本一样。
我们低手往往想着直接把球杆砸向球。导致了swing的不应该有的区别。
还有我们业余球手的身体状况不uniform。好久不打，身体很僵硬。
不过普通人真的天然swing wood跟iron有区别。我的一个球友就是天然的iron swing，
他的wood
就不太稳定。我想反，天然的最喜欢3 woods，iron sucks。

球声真是让我都快哭了，一听就是great contact，而且轻轻松松80码笔直飞出去，玩
儿一样。拼老命来个full swing，只有100码有没有？最近铁杆竟然开始有倒退现象，
从将近150码退回来了。正在看这个视频

我觉得上杆时候往后倒一下杆的小TIP对我下杆的姿势很有帮助，或许过了这个坎儿我

发帖数: 680 | 34 快三个月的宝宝这两个星期入睡非常困难。原来还可以抱着睡，吃奶睡，或是拍着睡，
现在只能在swing上才能睡着，还必须打包。不过即使睡着了，隔个20，30分钟就会醒
，还要重新入睡。白天只有放在swing上不敢抱出来。晚上7点左右开始放上swing,一般
2个小时之后才真正能睡着，然后抱出来。之后能在床上睡到天亮。
这样算下来，一天在swing上的时间要6，7个小时。很担心宝宝的脊椎。这样长时间的
使用swing，会不会对宝宝的脊椎造成伤害呢？宝宝睡觉难会不会是缺少设什么微量元
素呢？版上有我家这样的宝宝吗？妈妈们有什么办法吗？谢谢谢谢。 |

发帖数: 391 | 35 宝宝目前两个月了，bouncer简直就是我们的救命稻草呀，宝宝晚上还好，起来吃完奶
抱着哄睡沉了，可以放到床上。但白天睡不了那么沉，所以抱着哄睡后，任凭你再怎么
轻手轻脚的，还是一放床上就炸了，没买bouncer的时候真是苦不堪言呀，把我和我妈
腰都快累断了。现在白天有了bouncer,把睡着的小人放上去，只要脚踩着一直摇（一定
要一直摇，停了就醒），小人能睡好一阵。或者醒着哭闹的时候，可以放bouncer上摇
着让小人止住哭闹，哈哈。（我家买的fisher-price的热带雨林，目前对附带的音乐和
挂件都不感兴趣，更不喜欢振动，就喜欢摇）
生之前买的swing，因为大家都推荐bouncer和swing，相比swing要贵一些，就想买个贵
点儿的总不会错吧，结果小人一点都不给面子，放上去就一直嚎一直嚎。不知道是不是
我买的swing太普通了，就是只会前后荡，不会左右荡的那种。
其他妈妈也来说说自己的宝宝是更喜欢bouncer还是swing呀？也好给其他准妈妈们一个
借鉴。 |

分钟就要人抱。偶尔有的时候swing也很管用，我哄她不睡，放在swing里坐一会儿就睡
了。每个宝宝的喜好很不同，我们家隔壁的宝宝2个月开始就非常喜欢坐我们家的swing
，每次她哭闹的时候，她外婆或者妈妈就把她报过来坐一会儿swing就安静了。 |

发帖数: 169 | 37 之前因为有reflux，一直放在swing上睡。一放上去就着，晚上能睡整夜，白天nap也可
以2-4小时，非常天使。
现在4个月基本不吐奶了，在swing上晃睡熟了再抱回crib上睡觉，结果一个小时醒一回
，一直也睡不踏实，再放回swing又能睡得很香。
真担心一直睡swing对脊柱劲椎都不好，之前发帖问过没有可以平躺的swing。
有没有类似经历的妈妈，请问怎么能让宝宝重新睡床或者crib呢？ |

He said, he pratices always with purpose. and the real swing is supposed to
the execution of the pratice swing.
say, when you want to do a 3-quarter swing to reach the flag, pratice the 3-
quarter swing instead of a full swing.
say, when you want to make a 3 foot putter, don't pratice like you are
trying to putt a 10 yards.
sounds obvious? try it and see if you could execute it well. |

swing plane turns to be serious important when a good coordination betwen
arm, shoulder, hip and leg.
Beginners have good swing planes as I observed 'coz most of them swing the
club using the arms only.
Overswing means, most likely, you swing your arm using your arms only too.
We are all old and don't have a real flexiblity to over the paralle postion
on the top.

some swing videos..
since Ben Hogan's swing is the best at all time. I paid another attention on
it..

but I changed the swing plane in the top which makes my downswing plane
deeper (upright). I don't like my current swing which is different from what
I had one month ago..

I had been doing that for a long time, actually. I fixed it last year. (or I
thought I had fixed it. ) I was doing it again in the past months.
That's the reason you've seen the two-swing planes for my driver swing. I
changed my swing plane at the top of my swing. It means I can't rush over
there, otherwise, my swing would be totally ruined.
If I can't coordinate my body with this thing, I guess my game would end up
like the current lev |

shoulder rotation. (since I am using the same swing thought, I guess I
understand this swing better.) 2nd, everyone comments he has a steep swing
plane, as you said, it's a very high position. I gotta tell you guys. this
swing plane is the one I strongly recommend . the result would be like what
he said, very consistent and easy to maintain.

hard for me to commment.
but i did realize your swing has some similarity as i had back in Jan 2007.
one thing is that I notice you might still use the "tile & tack (?) " swing
concept, I guess. which showed me that your weight in the process of golf
swing.
Like i said, i don't like that swing concept. it causes a lot "snipper" shot

Actually everyone's swing will be different, because your body and other
things are different indeed. I always believe the mechanics are not enough for
you to have a great swing. You need developing your own feelings as well.
To be honest, the golf swing is the most expensive and difficult one for us to

I like Hogan's swing in general. Comparing his swing with modern model swing
like Tiger's or Adam Scott's, I see 2 notable differences. One is that
Hogan's hip moves to the target quite a lot in down swing, Tiger or Adam
almost have no lateral hip movement. I personally found that it's very
difficult for me to just rotate hip during down swing. I just can't generate
enough power and feel too much pressure on my left knee. Pro golfers are
