这两天新闻报道里提到IBM或出售其半导体业务，不知道大家有谁注意到了这些报道里
提到的潜在买家中，有一家叫global foundries最有可能中标。大家如果开车路过237
和great america parkway，会注意到那里在建一片新的玻璃幕墙的大楼，差不多快建
好了。其中有一座上面巨大的logo，就是global foundries。他们原来的办公楼在237
上880的地方。实际上，就在几天前，我在多个贴里连续提到过这家公司，因为其最近
新请了一个ceo，就是之前摩托罗拉移动部门卖给google时的ceo。一个确实算是精英的
老印，在高通从一个底层工程师迅速做到vp级的高管，后来被聘为摩托罗拉移动公司的
ceo，再后来把moto卖给了谷歌。

这个：这是几年前的新闻：其中提到的一群硅谷印度海归创办的这家印度斯坦半导体制
造公司，如果大家仔细关注新闻的话，也出现在了主贴里印度政府关于会快速上马印度
国内fabs项目的新闻里。
（几年前的一条当时无人关注过的新闻，今天要不是我看到ibm和globalfoundries的新
闻，在网上做出这一些列的调查研究，也还不曾得知。。。）
