Hydration recommendations have been on a roller coaster ride. Many years ago
we were told not to drink. Coaches thought that drinking during competition
would cause cramps and decrease your performance. Thank goodness that crazy

I like my 93 sqin MGPM, not because I have illusions that I can suddenly
play like Safin - maybe when I was 16 and swung a PS6.0 85 for the first
time, I had imagined that I can serve like Pete, but I have grown out of
that quite a few years ago...

time I was close was to knock his racket off by my forehand shot.
But I hit my opponent many times. All of them are my friends. Usually I warn
them first if they stand too close to the net. The worst case was I fully
swung from the service line(suppose swing volley but definitely an error
shot), the ball hit my opponent hat(he stay around service line too) and
bounced at lease 6 meters high.

补充，SWING WEIGHT还和HEAD SIZE, BEAM THICKNESS有关。
就一般意义来说，主要和重量和平衡有关。

of swing weight. The sentence "Measure of how heavy a racquet feels when

basic physics behind these two terms is the same factor. But the two terms
can be very different.

Derma Sciences Inc. (DSCI) reported positive results from its Phase 2
clinical trial in patients with diabetic foot ulcers, saying those treated
with the drug were more likely to have their wounds completely heal.
Shares surged 44% to $9.60 in premarket trading as the medical device and
pharmaceutical company said the drug met primary efficacy endpoints.

耶和華，那人就有了罪。他要承認所犯的罪，將所虧負人的，如數賠還，另外加上五分
之一，也歸與所虧負的人。那人若沒有親屬可受所賠還的，那所賠還的就要歸與服事耶
和華的祭司；

民數記的英文名字就是數目(Number)。所以在民數記裡，我們要特別注意相關的數
目，一切出現的數目，都有其屬靈的意義。因為我們的神是一位對數目非常清楚，作事
一點都不含糊的神。
當一個人犯罪得罪神時，如果他得罪神的同時，也虧負了人，那他就要把虧負的事
項，換算成銀兩，用1.2倍來償還。也就是全額賠償以外，還須加上20%作為利息來賠還。
如果這人得罪神的項目，不牽涉到虧負人，那他就要把虧負神的事，換成銀兩奉獻
給事奉神的祭司。如此這人的罪才能得赦免。換句話說，如果有人在十一奉獻的事上，
沒有照著做，那他就要連本帶利1.2倍來償還給祭司。這就是如數賠還，做了這事才能
