AIX和硬件捆绑.这不符合潮流.
小红帽到是能用,但毛病很多.不如微软的OS界面友好.
Cognos是个大杂会,MSBI,SAPBO都能做.
DB2比较结实,但还比不过Oracle.中小企业比不过MS SQL Server,Sybase.其他开源的
MYSQL,PostGreSQL.
C# VS. Java
微软目前算是综合实力比较全面的,以OS为核心,数据库,ERP,BI都能占一席之地.
不知道印度人打算怎么折腾微软. |

快时间做一套和当前系统一样界面的系统。咱bottom 8的别的破一点没见过啥题集，搞
系统还是皮实，秒杀高大上云端思考的北清。
结果3天不眠不休做了一个一模一样的，除了数据来自Foxbase而不是Sybase。事后才知
道原来是老总准备用来应付审计的。同学后来抓住个机会以最快的速度出国。出国两年
后老总锒铛入狱证券公司倒闭。出国后花街看到他的简历给他机会，技术完全接轨啊。
他死活不去。改行做娇娃和LAMP。拜拜了金融。 |

微软仗着有钱，一向策略是，收购行业第二挤跨行业第一，收购不成挖人，挖人不成偷
。我在微软干过几年，坊间流传的新闻多了去了。
其他几个科技巨头都不干净。Facebook的idea就是偷的。
年青人，这个世界不是你想象的那么公平正义。中国跟西方国家比，绝多算得上干净了
。如果中国按照西方国家制定的秩序出牌，早就被干翻不知多少次了。中国人太善良，
根本玩不过白人那一肚子花花肠子。生存不易。
自己多思考，被洗脑当愤青是很可悲的。

我曾和一个猎头谈过.首先,他们把你的word简历(PDF就不行)上载到他们的数据库系统.
然后,一旦雇主公司发来新的职位 -- 这些职位都有关键字的,若没有,猎头则要根据工
作内容摘要出关键字来.然后根据这些关键字从数据库中找匹配的简历.
比如,Bank of America/ML一个职位是future/option trading system developer,关键
字大概有 c++/core java/ems/rv/xml/sybase/FIX/multi-threading.
一般职位有两套关键字,required and desire to have.这个required keywords是你的
简历是否被筛选掉的关键.
猎头没有时间仔细看你的简历,除非你的简历很牛,而且那个猎头知道你很牛. |
