it's back..
not a good good deal but good enough for me to buy a 3 pk..it was $14.99

还有一点要说明的是,如果我在熄火状态下,踩着离合反复从neutral到1st,再到
neutral再到1st,第一次是unclear,后面就全部都是clear了,然后1st是clear了对吧
,我再从neutral到2nd,这时候2nd是unclear,再到neutral再到2nd,2nd就又开始
clear了。
这个很正常,换挡过程中一个叫syncro ring的东西要起作用,停下车进过一次档后
syncro ring就sync好了,下次再进档就不需要sync了。

如果是从空挡入某个档,应该在踩离合前轰油match转速,然后踩离合进档。这样可以
保证中间一堆齿轮跟着发动机提起速度来match轮子速度,保护syncro-ring。
如果是降档match转速,就在踩下离合时轰油好了,这样不能保护synchro-ring,但进
档时至少能平顺一点。要保护synchro-ring,最好的方法是double clutch,具体方法
自己youtube吧,一般来讲没什么必要,毕竟synchro-ring设计来就是消耗品,如果使
用得当应该能用完整个车的寿命。

大众的那个5MT的确是很好
后面又个MQ250的 6MT, 也算很不错了,当时手动开的不利索,再加上是柴油机头,
一开始真的很难控制
其实欧洲随便拿个汽车厂的MT都又一定的水平
我的mini本来我也觉得比大众差,尤其是1-2的时候拿个syncro肯定设计得不算太好,
但是除此之外,吸入感还是很不错得

这是第一档转第二档,所以我的意思是说,小车,换档过早会导致syncro ring出问题
,你要到3000rpm换第二档屁事没有。

同步器没那么脆弱,而且一般正常换档,时机正确同步环磨损有限,降挡加速操作时同
步环才是起最大作用的时候,而且一般来说降一档也没什么,一般很少有同步器被磨坏
的,及个别车是同步器设计或者材料缺陷可能会有问题
正常挂档几乎不用担心syncro磨坏, 设计就是让他磨的,否则就不用这玩意了

你的车是60年代的吗?需要匹配sychro?
好好去研究下transmission和clutch的工作原理再说吧。
你clutch踩下去,引擎和transmission脱开,这时候轰油如果不松开clutch,就对
transmission没有影响。所以如果你一直踩着clutch,然后自以为很屌的从5,4,3到2
挡,每次中间的轰油都是废的,只有最后一次松开clutch前那一次轰油会起到rev
match的做用。
正确的做法是每降一档跟趾一次,每次都要松clutch。

不是匹配clutch,是匹配syncro那里。

看收音机啥样的好,你要看:
1)有syncro detect么?
2)有SSB么?
3)Gain可调么?
4)IF可调么?
不过现在这些收音机都停产了,你真要买,估计只有买grundig(原来是德国的,现在
是东莞德声的),或者买日本ICOM的专业机

怎么知道效果如何呢?

double clutch如果做得好,对clutch只有好处没有坏处,省了syncro wear,layshaft
也pre-accelerated。ht不会加剧clutch磨损。
我做不好的就是keep constant brake force while blinking throttle

我其实一直在想,空档blip不是不从double clutch下来的传统。从换档时间来看,空档
停一下显然比直接换进低档费时。从转速配合来看,直接踩到合适转速并保持住,比先
blip到高转速再等它掉下来然后用离合去碰那个最优点要容易。double clutch省syncr
o,不double的时候反正离合都是踩下的,syncro都是要用的吧

I am not sure this happens during upshifting also. Anyway, according to that
CNN article even corvette and Cady CTS have Brake over ride system.
I do not know for the new 370Z, is it necessary to heel toe or the computer
did everything? If the engine keeps revving high, will it damage the syncro in normal driving not racing?

“Within the transmission itself, BMW has a specification of 0.004"-0.006"
gap between each gear and the shifter rail in the transmission (for

版上这么多Proud S2000 owner我也来凑一个。2000年AP1,搞了快一年了,78000迈现
在。买来就有这问题,松离合的时候,还有踩/松油门的时候车前后咣当。不是lug nut
torque的问题,那个我拧到了及其紧了。车支起来后从变速箱出来我一路摸,传动轴
有小的play,不到一度吧。从差速器往两边play很大,在档时轮子基本上可以空转个可
