vast majority are caused by respiratory syncytial virus (RSV). the
treatment is easy: inhale nebulized saline (3% preferred, normal saline also
OK). if there is breathing difficulty, sambutamol can be used.
the vast majority of patients are under 9 or 10 months old. in those
requiring hospitalization, most stay for no more than 3 or 4 days.
support care includes humidified air, oxygen if necessary, fluid if
necessary.

始干咳，后来慢慢有痰了。看医生很多次，之前都说没什么问题，应该是postnasal
drip，后来有痰了以后说是RSV（Respiratory syncytial virus）。但是也没什么药可
吃。娃现在精神没什么问题，但是吃喝都不是太好。不知道有这些经验的妈妈能不能分

浆菌感染，完全在我的意料之内，医院做了血液检测及采用克拉霉素进行治疗，目前已
基本痊愈。呼吸道病毒对儿童会有很大的影响，那么会有哪些影响呢？呼吸道与肺、甲
状腺，胃肠道、人体免疫系统有什么关联性呢？这些问题我也花了很长的时间求证，拜
访了许多国外的专家名医包含内分泌、胃肠道、耳鼻喉、皮肤科、呼吸科、著名中医名

我在搜索“疫苗”的时候发现很多信息。
“60年代末美国华盛顿特区的儿童接种了RSV疫苗，结果80%接种疫苗的儿童生病住院，
其中2人死亡。差不多40年之后人们才解开这个谜。原来儿童的抗体并没有像预料中那
样足够紧密地和疫苗里面处理过的病毒结合。抗体只是拖着病毒到处走，从而触发了其

和氨，杀的还是很干净的，实际上，处理后的污水比抽进自来水厂的水还在很多指标上
更干净，比如大肠杆菌数量。只不过，就算马桶实际上比好多键盘要干净，心理上那关
还是过不了的。还有就是干净是有代价的，比如氯超标：）
一波啦在体外时其实并没有那么难杀，下面有张表，一波啦是排在最后。它这个量级的
，得附着在其它大尺寸有机物上才容易活下来，比如呕吐物、唾沫、粪便。在一杯清水
里，它已经很难存活了，随便加点化学药剂就嗝屁了。
一波啦70年代就闹过一次，90年代又闹过一次，都没有靠啥高科技就镇压下去了，其实
是个传染性不强的货，要被禽流感甩几条街。这次动静很大，主要是全球化了，老美没
想到一下子就从非洲过来了。老美又经不起大伤亡，而且本届政府的危机应对上非常无
能，才觉得动静大了。
