今天受到国内亲戚的亲情求助。小女孩今年11岁。2010年查出染色体异常(Turner
Syndrome). 染色体检查结果是：淋巴细胞培养，G显带核型分析，在400-500水平，核
型：45，X.
目前医生采取的是在肚脐周围注射生长素的做法，先刺激其增长身高。尔后，等到骨龄
闭合，再服用雌激素。
但是，在治疗过程中，身高的增长不是很理想，智力的发育也有待提高等。小姑娘真的
是好可怜, 希望能提供一点信息，也许可以帮到她的治疗，改变她以后的命运。
因此，想求助这里各位医学达人: 美国目前对这种病有没有最新的治疗方法，或最新的
药物？

很健康。
以前都是潜水宝宝版，今天从医院回来，被医生说high risk当时就蒙了。大致情况如
下：
现在怀孕15周。12周做的b 超和blood test，看到的宝宝正常。但一周多快两周后，结
果从ob那里得知说3个指标中两个指标超出normal range.我只几个一个是2.8mm,我问医
生z这个的normal range是多少，医生说是2.5mm。还有一个hcg 什麽值，医生说我
double了。所以有baby with down syndrome的危险，然后有两个选择再进一步检查。1
羊水穿刺 2 一种新的血液检查，还是抽血然后在做基因化验。
我觉得我27岁，不算高龄，不想做羊水穿刺。所以今天选择了第二种 检查，抽血。医
生说抽血结果周一出来，如果是negative， 再结合一次ultrasound， 如果看到的宝宝
是正常的，那基本就是99％的可能，宝宝是健康的，没有问题了。
都知道宝宝版祈福特别灵！周一就出结果，希望我家宝宝健健康康。另外想问问大家，

最近运动的太猛了，上周hiking连续走了12迈山路，回来以后过两天右腿膝盖骨旁边特
别疼，走路疼，坐下来静止不疼，但是按压那个部位比较疼
去学校的clinic看，医生说是patellofemoral syndrome，让我去看一个physical
therapist。疼痛症状有所减轻，所以我也懒得去预约了，但是走起路来还是觉得膝盖
不舒服。
版上各位有人听说过这个病吗？严重否？中文叫什么啊？ |

terms of its cause and treatment are less than satisfactory.
There is a couple points:
1) Tourette syndrome is more a social problem than a health issue,
especially in mild ones. The treatment is not necessary only when social
difficulty becomes concerning. Many people naturally get better after
adulthood. There are medicine that can alleviate symptoms, but not without

我觉得院长理解错了lz的问题
lz你问的是不是为什么只有5％的人出错，可是你却在版上看到那么多假阳性的人，最
终都证明是假的？这个是个概率问题
假设1000人中只有一个人是down syndrome
5％的假阳性表示讲有50个人得到阳性结果
这50个人中只有一个是真正down syndrome
所以你拿到阳性结果，是真的阳性的概率只有2％而已，看起来是不是很低？
越是罕见的疾病，这个概率越低，也就是很低的假阳性率如5％也可以导致最后这个概率很低
所以5％的假阳性不代表你拿到阳性结果就有95％的可能性是真的
不知道我说清楚没？ |

发帖数: 778 | 27 对了，我那个朋友的小孩是确诊为fragile x syndrome，这是很多autism发病的原因。
目前没有治愈方法。在这种情况下，很多人提出了各种各样treatment的方法，象减少
牛奶，多吃vb和镁等等。google一下就能发现。
fragile x syndrome是由于x染色体基因序列过长（所以叫fragile x )而引起的。
autism男孩子发病率远大于女孩，是因为男孩是xy，如果那个x 出了问题，就没办法了
。女孩是xx,即使一个x有问题，另一个x还能中和一下异常。
他们是在国内确诊的，应该诊断不是太难，但是国内早期干预的机构和手段都很缺乏，
所以现在孩子（已经7岁）没能得到很好的治疗。在美国，这方面比中国好了很多，
autism小孩的家人应该多加利用。
孩子在6岁之前的时间是非常宝贵的。6岁之后效果就不明显了。 |
