to help bringing in milk. If you decide to give formula, try feeding it
through a tube with syringe. Do it while you're nursing. It would seem to
the baby that s/he is getting from your breast. It helps to prevent "nipple
confusion". Just an idea.

正确的做法是:挤sterile saline 然后用bulb syringe 去吸出来。这样可以有助恢复
。不知道怎么做，youtube上找视频看看。
sterile saline 你可以买littlenose 来用。
祝早日康复。小宝贝生病太可怜。我家的才开始吃饭，上两周差不多不吃不喝，就指望
奶奶了，可惜我又不多。如果你母乳的话，多喂喂吧。母乳抗体帮助恢复。而且喂东西
之前要滴点sterile saline 再吸吸，帮助baby呼吸。 |

只有一半的药进去。不过是好很多了。白天的nap就睡 FIsher Price的Sleeper.晚上睡
crib，没有wedge。我把crib放床垫的铁网一头放低了，自然就有点坡度。楼主可以试
试。
BTW，想问babybunny (兔子阿姨),你怎样让宝宝吃药呢？我试了Q tip，syringe，勺子
喂。弄得现在她一看到勺子就哭。有时还作呕。真不容易。。。 |

要pharmacy加flavor. 喂的方式有
1. 用奶瓶吃，趁娃饿，或者没睡醒。
2. 用oral syringe从嘴角放进腮帮子和牙龈中间。
3. 同2，但是是在吸安慰奶嘴的时候。
4. 用滴管，捏开嘴巴滴到嗓子口 |

注射器就很好。让你老公把孩子45度角仰面抱在怀里夹紧固定住，然后你把塑料注射器
塞在孩子嘴巴里，别塞太深。让孩子咬牙时咬着注射器闭不上嘴。这样你再用小勺一点
点把药水倒在嘴巴里，从嘴巴侧面流进去。
小孩肯定会哭闹，但她嘴巴合不上，药水会顺着流下咽掉。开始时药水倒慢点，看看呛
不到就慢慢灌快点儿。
最关键是你老公要给力，把孩子固定好是个技术活，尤其是不能让她乱晃脑袋。这样灌
药就变得很容易了。喂完药立刻哄哄孩子夸她真勇敢，第二天第三天接着灌接着夸。。。
我以前是先用个没头的塑料注射器塞孩子嘴巴里咬着，然后再用个curved tip的注射器
伸到嘴巴侧面把药水慢慢打进去，可快可慢特别方便，比如这样的:

1.听说胰岛素不要托运，因为在托运舱里温度太低，会导致胰岛素失效。
2.胰岛素专用袋，效果都挺好的。好像是用笔式胰岛素. 名字叫做福瑞欧，淘宝上就有
卖的
3. 最好找医生开个诊断证明并且翻译。
4. 保温瓶/盒，随身带，写上中英文胰岛素。有人这么过来，一路没人管。机场的人员
见多了
5. 随身带的时候用个小cooler，然后装上ice pack. 国内买可能不方便，找泡沫聚苯
乙烯盒子(styrofoam)容易一些
6. 瓶装普通胰岛素在大部分州是OTC (Novolin N, Novolin R, Novolin 70/30).需要
用注射器.可以在Walmart 买到. 10ml一瓶$25.其他药房很贵, CVS $180 一瓶,太evil
了.
胰岛素笔用的penfill 是处方药,美国没有处方买不到.
如果从国内带,一定要随身携带,不能托运.因为胰岛素冷冻后会失效.

一盒。反正就是想白拿针又能退钱了。偶告诉她不能退syringes，她就鬼哭狼嚎地说了
一堆，说是给她妈买的，昨天明明告诉我她自己用的。本来今天还算清闲，被她闹得，
仅有的一点好心情就没有了。后来pharmacist告诉她不能exchange, return，可以把钱
给她。让她带发票来，还说下次不可能再给她退钱了。
到了5点半我心里暗爽大概今天见不着她了，结果还有15分钟下班的时候她就来了。我
看到她跟pharmacist说，Just want to FYI, she is here! 然后就躲到后面去了。不
过还是又看了一眼让人触目心惊的满胳膊满腿的针疤。妈呀，晚上可以不要吃饭了。。。
然后不幸的是最后5分钟还是被抓去前面，因为队太长了。pharmacist找了个CSM给她弄
退款，她还在那边假装要买另外一款针。有个小姑娘在我跟前买东西说，OMG, did u
