众所周知，美国phd相对难毕业，难申请。所以导致相对来说，获得美国尤其理工科phd
的锁男锁女们在美国找工作easy，回国也是比较吃香。
美国phd难申请的原因是，叫兽们必须申请到funding才会有opening，因为没申请到
funding无法养活一个phd从上课修学分到买仪器药品。而酶国funding很难申请，一年
叫兽要写麻痹的10个proposal才可能中个2，3个。而能写出10个的叫兽基本都是变态老
中，回家也tm要坐在电脑前吭哧吭哧奋笔疾书的。
所以老美老中一起算上，叫兽平均两年能拿个大funding就不错了，其中funding还要养
剥尸猴，还要招美国学生phd，所以能有中国学生拿到offer，尤其是好学校，名教授，
老美教授的就凤毛麟角了。

简介（见附件pdf），其中介绍了他在三个方面的贡献。其中第三部分，包刚写

Malomed高度评价。”
这是包刚的项目简介中，唯一一处提及被国际学者高度评价。笔者知道以色
列特拉维夫大学Boris Malomed教授，是非线性光学、非线性动力学、冷原子物
理等研究领域的国际领军人物。

》里的这个词：“可以进博物馆的蠢货”。直接到美国商务部网站，搜索ZTE，有大批
文件可以欣赏。美国商务部的工业与安全局还做出了一个ppt，这个版本是在2017年10
月制作，教育后人。
首先就是实锤：一份由高层签名的文件，责成法务部研究如何规避出口风险，还有另一
份更广为流传的是《进出口管制风险规避方案——以YL为例》，里面详细介绍了如何利
用其它公司逃过监管，事无巨细。这篇也可以在美国商务部的网站上下载得到。
具体内文就不多说了，最让我感到有趣的是，美帝的商务部还从ZTE案总结了5个教训，
教育后人，而这五个教训的搞笑程度，或者说中兴的愚蠢程度是依次递增的：Lesson 1

中美贸易战告一段落，毫不意外地，咱们又赢了。不过与以往不同的是，这次美国也赢
了，是双赢。据报道，咱们答应了美国减少贸易逆差的要求，所以美国赢了；而因为要
减少贸易逆差，中方将大量增加自美购买商品和服务，这样可以满足咱们不断增长的消
费需求和促进高质量经济发展，所以咱们也赢了。
但让我感觉不可思议的是，这么好的事情，为什么一直不做呢？为什么要在美国政府的
逼迫下去做呢？是因为没有想到？那岂不是说那些人能力低下？是因为想到了而不做，
那岂不是证明了那些人很坏？
而且在美国高调启动贸易战之初，咱们是抱着多大的决心，宁为玉碎不为瓦全，一定要
打赢的，一定要粉碎美国人阻挡咱们大国崛起的阴谋的。当美国提出500亿的清单时，
咱们针锋相对；当美国提出1000亿的清单时，咱们继续应战；而当美国把清单的总价提
高到2000亿的时候，一夜之间，美国就不是阻挡咱们大国崛起，而是有利于咱们大国崛
起了。美国的要求原来是有利于咱们的发展，而不是遏制咱们的发展了。我恍然大悟：
