其实我送儿子学拳术的初衷主要是他天生有点谨慎(说不好听就是有点小胆, 嘿嘿), 有点
难度的动作他觉得不sure就不干, 我想练点跆拳道什么的可以让他增加自信,外加强身健
体.
等我看完了书, 有问题还希望得到大家的指教.

stretching and flexibility exercises. But keep in mind that I've never
received any formal flexibility training in the context of swimming,
so I can only speak from experience which mostly is related to kicking
(as in roundhouse kicks, hook kicks, etc).

and I could always weight train or add more resistance to my swim
training to build stronger muscles.
I taught myself freestyle watching the TI videos two years ago (age 24
at that time). Been swimming off and on since then. In the beginning, I

girlfriend wanted to take a scuba diving course and it was one of the

其實訓練強度還可以, 這兩種運動對建立自我形象也很不錯. 跆拳道已經有很多亞裔,
所以要拿獎牌什麼的比較難. 但就amateur boxing來說, 亞裔很少接觸, 可以說是冷門
, 但是這項運動其實對亞裔孩子來說相對公平, 甚至是有優勢. 受傷機會也不算高, 畢
竟有護具而且比賽是以體重分級, 是值得推廣的. |
