芯片不如 name tag实用。petsmart就有。买一个空白的tag，拿到它的做name tag的
machine，输入你想输的信息，一般就是狗的名字和你的手机号。便宜的才几块钱。另
外小心看着不让它跑丢，公共场合上leash是最关键的。 |

有一次在那花几块做了个，才用了3个月多点。
里面那块写着住址和电话的铁片就掉出来，只剩下外面的金属框！
我都纳闷儿是怎么掉出来的。。而且是不知不觉啊！不知道掉了多久我才发现了
ID tag还是这种一整块的好点
不过我是支持打microchip的。因为万一狗跑丢了
tag掉了，或者上面字磨损得看不清楚，还是得靠microchip啊
增加点回家的几率总是好的。打了这个也不至于给狗的健康带来很大的影响 |

You need to implement BodyTagSupport (cannot remember if it is correct name)
for tag2. tag2 can "communicate" tag1.

have really is something like
where "string" needs to be retrieved from a int'lized resource bundle. I
could've put the bundle information in tag1 but hoping there's an easier way
of doing this.
Currently I am looking at JSTL and EL stuff - that should provide a good
solution...

发帖数: 2939 | 12 一般来讲加一个His tag对酶活性影响不大，但可能有个别例子例外。你可以在His tag
和你的蛋白之间加6-10个aa，可以减少对目的蛋白的影响，同时方便纯化。
你可以在所需要的host里表达带His tag的蛋白，前提是你有其遗传系统。但我觉得你
可以先试试E. coli的，毕竟有成熟的表达体系，如果实在不行再试试同源表达。 |

里,一点都没挂上.
由于必须用带N端pelB信号肽的pET26载体,并且N端靠近活性中心,所以只能把His-Tag放
C端,而且我已经试了放N端,蛋白彻底消失,估计N端Tag导致不稳定,降解了.
那么,除了Ni柱以外还有没有别的比较实用的办法纯化这个蛋白呢?我要用它作酶活鉴定
,所以需要纯化分离.蛋白大小在46kD.理论pI6.9. |

10mM Tris, pH7.8做binding.
我确定His tag是表达的（based on size and DNA sequencing)。基于很多原因，不想
把 his-tag放到另一端。如果是变性条件，tag就肯定不会被包埋吧？
还有另一个可能，之前IP elution 有用1%SDS，之后做buffer exchange (Milliopore
Centricon)后可能SDS去除不完全。但是最坏可能也就是His-binding时有0.1%左右的
SDS，看Ni-NTA compatible list 应该不会影响binding啊 |

out state tag several times. as long as you do nothing wrong, cop even cannt
pull over you, cops just doing their job typing your tag and invest if you
are a potential crimer. you will not face more trouble at all.
the point is, how can cop know you are a visit or a new mover? they cannt.
And they cannt issue a ticket to you just by this.
