the video said, then continue to do the backswing without cocking the wrist.

慢视频就可以看到在顶部的transition第一个动作是竖起球杆，steep the down swing
plane,虽然幅度不大，但已经可以造成come from the top。是个从外到里的swing
path，再配上强势握杆，就容易hook，pull。
宁可上杆平面陡，在顶上倒杆（注意，不是倒手腕,是降低右肩）来shallow下杆平面。
这个倒杆动作，一是可以保证in side out的杆头路线，还可以帮你延迟右肩右臂过早
参与downswing，让身体core muscle lead downswing,对抑制early release 提高杆头
速度有帮助。
如果你已经习惯现在的takeaway方法和FLAT上杆平面，建议去看一下Matt Kuchar 的整
个swing动作，他的秘密在于takeaway时候重心向脚跟微调（身体后仰）来补偿。不管
哪种打法都有高手，能稳定，可控制就行。

merits上（也就是travel ban违宪）赢的可能性较高（可以理解为>50%）。华盛顿州当
然说了一堆，包括第一修正案establishment clause和第五修正案due process。联邦
区域法院法官在批准TRO的时候根本没有实际分析宪法问题，而只是笼统的说他认可华
盛顿州在merits上赢的可能性高。
然后联邦政府上诉到第九巡回上诉法院要求暂停（stay）TRO。联邦政府这个上诉赢的
标准之一是要证明联邦政府在merits上赢的可能性较高。现在第九巡回上诉法院驳回联
邦政府上诉，拒绝暂停TRO的判决，说了一堆这个travel ban如何涉及到due process，
以及川普自称的muslim ban如何导致这个travel ban涉及了establishment clause，然

疼的外人激动得口沫横飞在旁指责个啥.
至于那些指责两人诉讼医院就是占便宜德行有亏的也挺有意思.
首先这些人都非常确认从网上看到的那么一点信息就是全部, 他们对整个案情有比一切
人都更深刻清晰深刻的认识, 对见都没见过的人的人性更是明察秋毫洞若观火, 他们的
一切揣度和推理都是那么具有真理性;
更重要的是, 即使他们自己摊上八年夫妇这么个情况, 有人告诉他们说你们这种情况下
可以告医院获得赔偿(假设他们没有首先自己这么想吧), 他们也会坚贞不屈地说:"不!
就算我们天天累死累活快要熬不住了, 天天挣扎看不到未来在哪里, 不知道以后女儿要
怎么办了......但是我们是高尚有骨气的, 绝不能钻一点空子, 让一部分英明伟大而睿
智的网友戳脊梁骨!" 如果真是这样想真地这么做, 那倒还满真心让人敬佩咧.
总之我想八年哥嫂两人可能和任何人一样, 在生活中某些时刻做出过错误的决定或犯过
错误, 但他们尤其是八年哥作为父母对女儿的坚持和付出确实非常感人, 无可否认.

For living alone, i do not think it is feasible to cook everyday by oneself

ago.. It didn't take too much time to get used to the set. We played at a
short course, I didn't get too much chance to hit mid-long irons tho.
I tried in my lunch break. I still have my swing problem - the takeaway
part. so I hit well when I don't have the problem, I kept shanking the balls
when the problem showed. I changed the way i played by focusing on the
takeaway, then I hit the balls pretty well.

平，更不能向外，要按圆弧线向右后方，即inside target line的方向走. 2，改变身
体的前倾角度，不要那么低，直一点儿。
你目前的takeaway太直，甚至已经向外（远离身体），可能你是为了尽量增加swing使
得直径，想打的更远。但这样会使你在80% backswing时，手和肩膀无法再向后转，身
体必须重新平衡一下，改改重心才能再完成backswing。注意看你backswing时你的左上

身体前倾角度过大容易造成swing平面过于STEEP，对你目前的情况不合适，试试站直一
点，让swing更around body。

到双手超过右腿外侧后，有人喜欢早立腕，有人喜欢多保持一会（到杆身与地面平行）
，都可以。感觉就是保持杆头在手外，左手腕和左前臂就不会转动了。附takeaway两张
图，供参考。练习时用方口的篮子，圆的不行，看不出转动。没有方篮子，在家自己弄
个方盒子也行。加油！
