I dare HDB to institute the following measures to help our countrymen:
i) PRs can only sell flats to Singaporeans
ii) PRs pay twice the amount of property tax as locals.
iii) PRs must sell their flats at the same price they bought them at
iv) PRs are not allowed to buy flats bigger than 3-room flats
v) PRs MUST be married or over 45 years old before they are eligible to buy
