收到Elisheva Barre女士的书《Torah for Gentiles》的时候，立刻让我想起了另一本书
《The Divine Code》。这两本书风格不一样，但都谈了Bnei Noah。这Bnei Noah字面
的意思是诺亚的子孙。这诺亚（Noah）即《创世纪》中造方舟的那位。Bnei Noah在英语中
有另一个表达：Righteous Gentiles，即犹太人以外的人（非犹太人）之中的义人。
说到非犹太义人，让我想起来多年以前看到的一句话：The righteous of all nations

犹太人的圣经应该是Tanakh，而不是Talmud，Talmud讲的是律法，是具体的行为准则。
旧约有一部分和Tanakh的一部分基本一样。旧约和Talmud没有重叠的部分。 |

一、注意“长老”不是“老年人”可能是年轻人或中年人。请长老抹油祷告是很正常的
，任何相信圣经的教会都会有人相信并实践的。
二、我不清楚怎样解释‘“圣经”“新约”明确要求女人在教会要“闭口不言”’。
我不知道这个教导是不是绝对的，或“明确”。
例如，哥林多前书十一章，
4 凡男人祷告或是讲道（讲道或作说预言下同），若蒙着头，就羞辱自己的头。 5 凡
女人祷告或是讲道，若不蒙着头，就羞辱自己的头。因为这就如同剃了头发一样。 6
女人若不蒙着头，就该剪了头发。女人若以剪发剃发为羞愧，就该蒙着头。
这些经文意为，女人可以讲道（先知预言）只有蒙头（要不就剪头发）就可以了。与哥
林多前书十四章34-35节的教导有异。我没时间具体查原文希腊文怎么写的。

逻辑：
刑讯逼供的confession没有可信度<－－>如何判断confession没有刑讯逼供的情形？
虽然上述逻辑不难理解（也许我这么说不对，今天的中国人也少有知道这个道理的），
不承认confession在现实中实现是有条件的。条件就是“实证主义”。
犹太教的Talmud和罗马律法的Digest对于实证有三条原则：证人原则，对刑事犯罪的证
据高标准要求，和对推测的逻辑推理。换成我的话说，就是对事情的判断，要基于证人
，证据，法官的逻辑推理。
这种思维习惯，不仅仅是对犯罪，罪犯，的态度。而是对于几乎所有人和自然的关系讨
论都是成立的。比如说：科学。
反观古代中国刑事判决，虽然在《吕刑》中已经对证据做了规定。但是朝代自此以下，
于Talmud和Digest相比，有最大的两点不同：一，对当事人的询问。二，司法官员的通
过察言观色获得的直观感受最重要（两造具备，师听五辞）。其实不要不承认，中国人
自古以来断案不是重证据，而是一民意，二青天大老爷。

结果是Talmud里没有关于耶稣作为历史人物存在的证据，希罗的证据我看到说“

可以对书面托拉作与时俱进 的解释的。
