back to hire somebody to clean the house before the new tanent moves in.
Right now, I am in a rental house. When the former tanent moved out, they
did not clean anything. Even they promised to clean the carpet, they did not
do it and just simply said at the last menute there were snow coming on
their way to the new state. They had to leave earlier. It sounded all right.

地的tanent law都不一样，你最好还是找律师解决。
不过话说回来，你自己房间住成这样，不觉得恶心吗？ 就当是个教训吧 |

发帖数: 499 | 9 这要看你图啥了。 我在union city住了两年，tanent的租金就抵了贷款和税，乱七八
糟的花费也经常往business expense上面靠，抱税的时候也得了不少好处。虽然折腾的
累，但是也学到了不少东西，上房顶抹沥青，拆dry wall补墙啥的都能干点儿。
当然以后娃大了，肯定就会搬到一个适合娃的地方，靠河这一片都不行。 |

我最近找了一个实习,帮助一个房地产老板做他的公司,他个人的还有他妈妈的bookkeep
.他的quickbook有一年半没有更新过任何transaction了,所以我们要更新以前的数据并
且记录现今的数据.
我们从boa网站下载了他一年半的bank statements和checks准备更新quickbook并且
reconcile bank statement.
我想问的是,我是不是就依据下载下来的bank statements上的transaction一条一条的
在quickbooks各个选项里比如vendor,tanent等按顺序输入?还是可以找个journal
entry地方,一次性以journal entry的形式都录入进去?
其中有个问题就是,像bank statement上有些bank withdrawl也不知道老板取了钱干什
么用的,那怎么记录呢?
我现在不知道如何下手.还请熟悉quickbooks的人指点一下.
