pole, cutting around the pit. Remove this pit. Top with whatever you want,

肥多了，还是水少了。北卡的土不好，我都不知道加了多少袋的鸡粪和compost了。等
到抽蒜薹的时候才知道，合着菜市场卖的一把一把的蒜薹是从地里用小刀割开一个小口
，再一根一根的抽出来的，当农民真辛苦。

美国的泰国菜，和其他菜一样都会本地化，比如：加糖，加creamy。
所以不喜欢糖和太 creamy 的人一定要记得提醒 no added sugar and less creamy/
coconut cream.
Eastside 的泰国菜不多不少大概吃过6家，有的多次去过。感觉是喜欢的东西质量不稳
定。
比如我最喜欢的是 beef salad，有时候出来的beef 是热的 （应该是现烧现切的），
但是同一家店，就是可能不同－－－
即使我嘱咐过，牛肉要热。
有时候要叫他们帮我加lime juice。
Bel_Red 上 Safeway 出门右边数家之隔有个泰国菜，喜欢它的原因之一是他们的霓虹
灯是很漂亮的紫色，字体也飘逸大
方，名字却忘记了，呵呵。感觉它家的牛肉沙拉是最好的: spicy, tangy, juicy。但
是一样要嘱咐：no added sugar, beef
must be hot and extra lime juice.
这家的装饰比较下本钱，而且感觉他们对生意好不好不很在乎，心态是相当的平和！

个基础不同，咱也不做横向比较了，自己被父母生成什么样，就定了，在自己得到的
基因和基础上，努力保持自己的最佳状态吧。
2. 从小保持一个锻炼的爱好很重要，当然，never too old to start。人到30基础代
谢会降低一些，男女都会开始在腹部堆积脂肪，保持肌肉mass就可以保持代谢，和健康
体型。
3. 不能不吃东西来减肥，那种人看着不健康，没肌肉，而且脂肪还是照样厚，软塌塌
的，没精神。
4. 锻炼，要选择自己喜欢的方式，无论是gym跑步登山机，还是出去jog，还是zumba跳
舞，还是户外trail，还是室内rock climbing，都需要你的兴趣才能长久。我个人就是
jogging和dancing两样能坚持的，在家仰卧起坐，还有小哑铃tone up手臂。 其他的偶
尔玩玩。
