我店里和网上买了好几单，目前balance都还在，原来想把网上的卡到店里换成target
gc然后慢慢消费，现在看来风险很大。等会而就去全换成ebay，然后load到paypal里，
看看target再怎么清零。当然理论上仍然可以，target可以和paypal沟通，进一步追杀
。但是估计paypal基本上不会买target的账。 |

I guess there must be some policy somewhere that says so. Better check more
carefully before hiring a lawyer. Target was probably too nice before. They
wanted to be friendly to their customers. Sadly, the good intention was
indeed abused by many. If Target did anything wrong, it is that they gave
customers the wrong impression that gift cards can buy anything at Target,

target好，这两家店我都买了电子版，原价 target 99， sears 119.我感觉target你
想照多少就多少，想换什么背景就换什么背景，sears就是一套，他都安排好了，所以

近新开的餐馆吃饱喝足，接着去target消食。
从来没在target印过照片，一进门就看到CS旁边好像就是印的机器，但是都贴着一张纸
“sorry, out of order......"三台机器都是如此，问旁边的客服，回答说“all
machines in targets are down recently...".我也懒得问这个recently是多久，这个
all machines in targets覆盖范围有多广了。

cream昨天就过期了。草莓的5%昨天也过期了。但是其他的胖子只要不过期都能用。
我这里有7,8个target，一般也不是在一家用胖子，有3,4家轮着用，一般每次去target
都是30来个胖子，少一点也有10来个，基本没有遇到脸色不好的小二，估计我们这里用
胖子的人很少，有涉及target胖，cartwheel，target mobile coupon，厂家胖那么

1.最近雅培出了新配方三段（12-24个月）奶粉，每次网上order都给我寄来旧版的（9-
24个月）。几次特地备注了要新的那种，问题照样发生，不知道process order的人怎
么想的。每次咱都得扛着死沉的奶粉去店里退，还得重新买。
2.买3个奶粉送$10 gift card.买了十几罐奶粉，想分成几个transitions，这样可以在
下一个transition用掉前一个transition得到的gift card. 小二说那是cheating the
system,我得改天来的时候用。他死活不让，就是刷刷刷地给我扫全部东西。我说我家
住隔壁，一周来几趟target,怎么从没有其他cashier不允许并说我cheat the system呢
；你要是不懂，可以问下其他cashier。小二扭头问人，人家告诉他不同transition就
可以用gift card.小二按照这个意思办了。
因为分几单，我也来不及细数，最后拿着小二给的1张gift card和东西就离开了。

掉了。
LZ问的是Redcard Credit card，这个要损信用，但是红鸟（Prepaid Redcard）不损信
用；折扣方面是一样的。
sassy说的是AMEX for TARGET，是个早就有了的产品，根本不是红鸟。而且这个和
Bluebird/serve不能比。
Prepaid Redcard和Serve是同一个Platform上的产品，所以可以叫红鸟。
我就是Money版开车8小时去买红鸟（Prepaid Redcard）那位，研究透彻以后才这么远
去买的。

这次target security breach 问题比大家想像的严重， 建议大家如果感恩节期间在
target店里买过东西的话，坚决'马上'换卡。
中招过程如下：
1. 感恩节进个iPad air
2. 12月target， chase 各种通知
3. 10 天前chase说主动发新卡，旧卡可用的2月初。
4. 持续正常用卡
5. 今天卡上疯狂出现10+ local cvs 的charge。 每笔$500多。明显是500的gc和
prepaid visa。平均每个cvs刷3到4个单。
6. chase的alert没有被trigger。直到我打电话，fraud的人还在丧心病狂的刷卡 （打
电话过程中又刷了笔：(
7. 卡到底是停了。 但是我估计chase和target为了我的ipad共发了$6K.

所以target虽然有一定的粉丝，面临的竞争压力还是很大。现在店里有很多discount，
大大影响了margin。target的未来不容乐观，如果margin和Walmart一样就不怎么赚钱了
另外个人觉得target更大竞争对手是Costco，因为这两个店的顾客都是中产
target现在估价偏低，有一定反弹的可能性。但retail这个sector很凶险，价格再便宜
也不值得all in
