因为这笔钱会像AIG的资助一样，通过CDS赔付，转到金融寡头手里。
这招很高明。你国会直接把TARP钱给我的时候，唧唧歪歪工资奖金啥的，我就通过Fed
和财政部想方设法把股价拉起来增发圈钱，把TARP钱还给你。
但是，钱还完还不算，我买了CDS。你把TARP钱给保险商，保险商再赔给我，就是洗得
清清白白的正当收入所得，国会无权干涉。
这样，拿到了TARP钱，高管还可以继续猛发奖金，一箭双雕。
但是吃亏的是保险商。谁也不想成为下一个AIG。MBI为啥跌？因为它想赖账，转移资产
，结果被包括C，JPM，BCS三大巨头的二十家联名告了。想跑？没那么容易。

但是tarp也可以，就是size不match，不能和帐篷（通过帐杆）连在一起。
所以如果大风天气，估计有点问题。
另外不适合backpacking，因为tarp一般比配的footprint大，且重。 |

Tarp Grommet的kit, 几块钱. 然后自己打孔安grommet. 这样就可以和tent配套使用了. |

计是香港和伦敦或者上海之一。12个月后O1 VISA办回来。海外工作期间工资奖金不变
，有没有补贴不知道。
我们公司在H1B申请能力和下功夫成都还是相当大的，所以还是在TARP工作需要H1B的
兄弟们，今年看来办签证8成是不行了，看看能不能RELOCATE。大公司基本上GLOBAL

。另外如果你不是24小时盖着，草也不会死。
如果你是冬季草，夏天温度太高会自动休眠，特别热又没有水就会死，特别是tall
fescue之类不是太耐旱的，通常建议秋天适量补种。如果你是KBG,就不用补种。我觉得
浇水比盖布管用。 |
