自己去查一下福布斯美国首富榜很难吗？福布斯都给你注明了是不是self made。前二
三十名一半是self made。很少有财富能上诉三代以上的。尽管很多是祖辈中产，父辈

第二大放学贷，还大大放宽forgiven，导致学费加速飙升。这些钱当然肥了大学教师工
会。教师工会再捐钱给明主党。
第三是强推绿色产业。大量补贴进入不成熟行业。Solyndra还记得吧。5亿美元打水漂
了。O8政府把税收得来的钱给绿色企业家，造就一批绿色富豪，然后绿色富豪在捐款给
民主党竞选。如果没有政府补贴，Elon Musk还在玩Paypal呢。

政府买的是大银行，大企业的股份！因为这些企业有不良资产，其中可能包含房贷
backed securities。能

MBD是投资银行的Bond，Fed不能持有，因为Fed是nonprofit。Fed能做的仅仅是

今天看CNN的Money版上一文：

文章大意是，去年到今年的国会救助金融行业的7000亿美元，经过国会预算办公室核实，总共有1090亿美元实际是收不回来了。但是文章的措辞和陈述说：“史无前例的7000亿美元救灾款实际只花了纳税人1090亿美元，（或作：只花了纳税人17%——打了一七折）……”
看了以后，心中很是赞叹，赞叹美国新闻传媒的手法高超。文章乍一读，作为纳税人，感觉美国政府干得棒！本来是要花7000亿美元的，结果实际只花了17%。真省钱！效率真高！
可回头一想，国会实际花了纳税人1090亿美元，这些是坏账，啥都收不回来，打水漂了。当然，文章后来讲到两个大头儿：其中360亿因为AIG，340亿因为汽车公司。纳税人的钱被这么拿去搞了，但结果给人的感觉却不那么难过（至少个人感觉如此）。

中新网6月9日电 新加坡《联合早报》9日刊文说，美国财政赤字堆积如山，一直靠
借债度日。但是，借债的额度是有法律上限的。这个债务极限在5月16日已经达到。国
会如果不授权提高债务的上限，使政府继续借钱的话，联邦政府将破产。破产意味着什
么？意味着美国政府将无法支付其承诺的许多义务。
