restraining techniques。警察是完全照章行事的。用taser而不是pepper spray是因

voluntary manslaughter 也必须有intent of killing，但是有其它mitigation，比如

疑他应该被判voluntary manslaughter
如果能证明他是打算使用taser，就是involuntary manslaughter |

man died and the cop is on paid-leave. Judging by the video (from several
different views) the cop put his hands up on his head and then dropped them
to his kneels after the gun went off...
I don't think it was necessary for the cop to use taser gun or any weapon to
apprehend the suspect at that time.

绝大部分州，你要是用枪指人，就是犯罪。而用Taser或Stun Gun，要容易接受得多。
自卫的顺序：
1. 不住不安全的地方。
2. 不去不安全的地方。
3. 碰到麻烦，走开。
4. 走不开，展示和使用非致命武器。
5. 拔枪（等于开枪）
要是直接过度到拔枪，在绝大多数州，你必须感到生命直接受到威胁，比如一个人持刀

帮朋友问的。前几天一个朋友放假去看电影，看完了一看时间还早就顺便去隔壁放映厅
看了PI，谁知道被一起看第一场的多管闲事的人举报了，电影院经理盘问朋友说票丢了
结果他们在系统里银行卡纪记录查到了他只买了第一场的票，后来哀求了半天没有报警
赔钱了事。经理把他的驾照复印了说以后禁止他去了。
想问问经理不会以后去报警吧。在办政治庇护绿卡有影响吗？

种方法制服一个男人，太危险，他还没有backup。这种方法警察都可能会被抢枪，尤其

。试想拉住被揍的那个女的男的，如果也出手，警察绝对完全劣势，只能掏枪了。

taser是高压交流电，直流电现在不准用了，其实致死率很低。taser那个high的例子现

，他们的训练肯定有格斗一项，但是绝对是迫不得已才会用到。因为格斗危险性太大，
还容易被抢枪。
看truTV警察办案，警察再没有确认没有危险的情况下，根本不会靠近嫌疑人。逮捕都
是让嫌疑人自己举双手跪地上或者趴地上之后才实施。看多就知道了，反抗的的非常少
，跑的倒是不少，但是能跑得掉的也很少，因为警察最强大的武器就是有radio，有强
大的后援。或者有枪的，没等警察有动作，直接就开枪了。
警察的第一要务是保证自己和群众安全，然后才是抓住罪犯。所以任何人反抗采取措施
都是整场，明显pepper spary 和 taser是最不暴力的了。

明显可以看出逮捕一个女人也不是容易的事情 |

会少一点，或者会清醒一点早点选择投降。
刚才跟当过警察的朋友讨论了一下这个案子。米国警察会先寻求和平解决，或者其次用
taser枪解决。但是，一旦决定真枪实弹，那就是往死里打。
