knows about this author. I think it is on 3rd or 4th edition now. The

去年5月，我们老板hire了一个contractor阿三，让他当project lead lead我们一个新
项目。我和我们组一个老美分到要和他一组。从此奇葩事情层出不穷，不断刷新我的三
观。
此人技术上及其糟糕而且非常懒惰。每次分task，他要么不assign给自己task，要么非
要和别人“合作”同一个task，而且每次都写不完。哪怕让他写个最简单的在网站上
localize日期的功能，他能给你这边写日／月／年 那边写 月－日－年，long date
short date到处混用。有一次他的task有快三个月没checkin了，我们最后急了说要开
会code review，结果，他能把这个会reschedule了4次。整整拖了3个礼拜。而且每次

问题，所有的数据都传过来了。Import 这个Package 到Intergration Service下的

Each task's run time is very very short (< 0.1 second or even less).
At each iteration, all these tasks are run in parallel. Some of them
need to exchange some data (it is very small) and then go on.
I want to keep all 144 cores as busy as possible so that my program
can be done as fast as possible.

入，还是有可能可以被重用的。但是重用同一个task object的话，那这个task object
的内部logic就被暴露在多线程的并发环境里了。
而active object有headcount的概念，一个headcount就是一个individual worker，于
是它的implementation object被保证了运行在单线程环境里。一个active object可以
是一个group of individual workers，每个worker有其自己的impl object，所以对
impl object来说，总是运行在单线程环境里。

楼主问的问题搞不定，基本上不可能是合格的程序员，startup也不能像大公司一样培

关于startup的招聘，我一直有个想法，可以把你们正在做的project里break出几个基
本上半天到一天能完成的task来，来应聘的3-4人组成一个小group，每个group里有一
个面试官，主要负责介绍task的context及关键地方的提示，面试时间半天或者一天，
可以放狗或者问度娘。看task完成情况，以及面试关对小组成员在完成task过程中的观

发帖数: 19 | 26 很少需要用到softreference, weakrefernce or phantomreference，一般是在你需要
cache一堆东西，比如说图片，的时候会要用到。但是强烈建议不要自己重写image
cache一类的东西，用Picasso或者Fresco什么的比较成熟的东西。有时候有人也喜欢用
weak reference去包装一个context object，比如说activity什么的以避免前面说的“
小心leak context”的问题。
但是很多时候这都是可以用别的办法达成，比如说那个weak reference wrap activity
，一般都是用async task的时候在task完成后的callback里要update UI，用这个避免
activity在async task没完成前就被释放了。但是这种做法是比较老式的做法，现在很
多新的pattern都会用个service（一般用intent service）去完成放在async task里的
任务，完成后可以用local broadcast manager发布个公告，在activity里面register

三个factor。factor A：左手和右手。factor B：task难度（简单和复杂）。Factor C
：三组subjects：严重运动功能障碍，轻度运动功能障碍，健全人。所有subject都是
右利手，三组subject人数不同。
每个subject分别用左手和右手（factor A)完成两种task（factor B），每个
combination重复5次。Dependent variable是完成task的时间。有运动功能障碍的人在
performing这些tasks的时候有一个康复设备的帮助。
这个实验的主要目的是测试这个康复设备对不同程度运动功能障碍患者的帮助。
我觉得这个实验应该是比较standard的吧？但是想了半天也不知道如何做ANOVA。肯定
是repeated measure。但是factor C好像应该是个nested design。

event detection这几年又热起来了，其实算是比较早的一种NLP task。
首先你得定义啥是event，里面包含有啥要素，比如人物时间地点动词等。每一个子类
