星期五下午5:10显然是rush hour，在狭窄蜿蜒曲折无bike lane（Google map上看单向
只有一条lane）却又交通流量非常大的公路上练自行车，即使不出事故，也会严重妨碍
交通。

这个案子估计只有郭红能解释为什么她会失控撞上同方向的骑车人，从报道看100%是她
的责任，路况不好不是撞死人的理由。

的小部分地区+94583整个地区是California High. 高中的好坏来说Dougherty Valley
High>California High>DUBLIN HIGH. 但California High也是API 900左右的高中,即
使对华人家庭来说,也应该算足够好了.

地周围的空地很多( 对OWNER影响很大),离最近的小区WINDERMERE其实也还很远.不过据
说可以从Windemere Hidden Valley Open Space看到墓地.
从GOOGLE MAP上DUBLIN 580出口沿Tassajara一直往北到Camino Tassajara还往北.

。不过弯道实际上没有那么多，弯也不是那么急。
看了danville express的报道和一些留言，撞死人肯定是她的责任。但是不好说她到底
是不是有刑事责任。还是由她的律师来帮忙吧，旁观的人就少掺和了。
报道上说当时她后面还有一辆车，但是没有人找到司机，估计某个人的非法超车说是臆

受学校的影响是第一位的。而且，西边的学校想追上东边的学校，几乎不可能，因为那
里的居民已经基本固定。dublin东边的小学初中与pleasanton,san ramon的好学区是一
个档次，只是高中还是个未知数，因为dublin high还没有over flow，目前的计划看来
还是一个高中，但东边的确迫切需要一个高中，时间未知。但是，一旦东边有高中，那
铁定就是一个900分以上的好高中，dublin东部应该比san ramon windermere更好，因
为交通上稍便利一些。所以，个人觉得dublin东部的房子是东湾/trivalley地区具有未
来（10-15年）升值潜力的地区。
交通上俺觉得还OK，你如果没有机会在上班高峰从dublin东部开车到湾区(580->680)，
你可以在周末开一开，俺觉得周末更堵。平时上班从tassajara上580然后转680，基本
上不堵，车流速度一般在50-70mile/hour之间。俺住了半年多了，好像就遇到过2-3天

个房子，想找那里backyard open to space，但很难找，有个房子倒是backyard open
to space，但是个坡，后院可利用深度也就几个码，感觉压抑憋的慌，像向这种房在市
场上很难出手，虽然比原价要便宜30多万。
你在那住了有些日子，请问那里风大不大？我最近两个周末都去过，觉得分挺大，不知
是碰巧，还是说当地风就是比较大（跟南湾和半岛比），我比较喜欢户外，如果分大，
呆在户外就严重受影响。

点的Ran Ramon Rd为界，Ran Ramon Rd西边在传统上是好区，在Ran Ramon Rd和
Dougherry Rd（作为军事用途的Camp Parks的西边）之间是传统上的差区，从两地房价
的差异（差的很多）、Condo/Townhome的多少、房子/Short Sale/Foreclosure在市场
多少，以及Sex Offenders分布（全在Ran Ramon Rd往东）就能看出。
但近十年来由于在作为军事用途的Camp Parks的东边大量盖房子，情况发生了很大的变
化，10来年前Camp Parks东边基本是荒地。
所带来的第一大变化是版区重新定义，现在应该有3个区，西边：Ran Ramon Rd往西，
好区，房源很少，因为已无地产开发空间，高尚社区的好房将来会很贵；中部：在Ran
Ramon Rd和Dougherry Rd之间，仍然是差区，除非原有居民将来被挤走，将会在未来仍

相交以南的那块地. 另一块是TASSAJARA下告诉, DUBLIN BLVD和GLEASON之间的2块地.
我去年刚搬到EAST DUBLIN,发现这里参政意识真强. NEXTDOOR/微信都是利器.

印象中低
，个人感觉比旁边Wallace Ranch的大房子好些，比Toll Brothers在San Ramon，
Danville类似的大房子便宜不少，楼下全部有卧室，有的还有两个，父母来了真方便。
就是偏，离学校和其他设施远，T-mobile基本没有信号。离左右的房子挺近的。 |

he was struck from behind by a Honda Civic. CHP officers said the driver
apparently lost control of the vehicle and struck the cyclist, then swerved
into the northbound lanes of traffic and struck an oncoming vehicle.

在一九七〇年初，铃木俊隆禅师已经阅读过《动中修行》——这本由一个刚抵达美
国的西藏上师邱阳·创巴仁波切所写的书。一些铃木禅师的学生，曾听闻创巴仁波切讲
