buy is still expensive.
i just bought Ping 3 woods, was 219, now trade in value is only around 90.
i was hoping to trade my PING for Taylormade CGB, but Taylormade CGB is 299
now.
And wedges i am interested are still around 130. darn
with the economy is heading south, not sure, if i should buy now or wait a
bit longer.
I really like the new Taylormade CGB 3 Woods, not big fan of its driver
version though. |

other.
last weekend, we had a company outting to a fancy club, the gree fee is too
high, i end up hitting at range. colleagues didnt bring clubs, but they
found out the club provides free demo for new clubs.
they well offer me to demo their clubs since it was free anyway.
to my surprise, the taylormade 3 woods i used just fit me perfectly. i hit
around 10 balls, almost all of them land around a flag 230 yards away. feel

我现在用的是 taylormade r7, xmas 前搞了一个rbz tp driver 但是只在driving
range 上试了大概10个球。当天找老师上了一次课所以动作没定型。
大概感觉：
距离长10码。控制稍微差一点。我注意到rbz杆比r7长一寸左右。
所以总的来说我现在没有体会到太大的好处。也许需要多用几次才真的能够发挥出来。

these two head to head in stores two times. I was able to hit
pretty good and consistent on both. I kinda like the feel of R7 more when I
hit the sweetspot. The guy in Golfgalaxy told me they are similar, FP
offers more
forgiveness while R7 offers better feel.

purely marketing. Usually driver depreciates quickest,iron next,wedge 3rd,
while putter is the best value keeping stick. That's why so many ppl collect
camerons as a biz.
for 3w, I am still using my cleveland launcher steel. bought 2 years ago, $
70 brand new. never thinking about changing to others because I just love it.
for woods, don't addict to heads, focus on shaft fitting. I don't think heads
make big difference as |

Actually I tried taylormade 3 wood and 3 hybrid, they are easier to hit than

The taylormade and adams drivers have deeper face (feel the face is tall)
and yield lower trajectory.Ping drivers have shallower face (feel the face
is wide) and produce higher trajectory. Titleist is somewhere in between.
I used 909D2 before and switched to G15. I had a R7 Quad but that one did
not work out too well for me. Maybe my swing needs some lift to launch the
ball. |

my wrists along with my body turn for the release, so I don’t feel much
difference with a deep or a shallow face driver. Always hit the ball high
with either one. I do feel the difference with the same flexibility between
different brands of the driver shafts, especially between the shafts of
TaylorMade and Titleist. |

IMO this is hands down the best driver you could currently get your hands on

a genuine taylormade club without serial number is likely from tour van,
basically it is a free trial that taylormade offers to many golf pros at a
pga event.
it is understandable that taylormade does not want it to be resold to
general public, and that's why they remove the serial number and refuse to
warranty it.
in general, taylormade will warranty repair their retail clubs (w/ serial
number especially driver and woods) for upto 7 years |

发帖数: 115 | 48 一直用的是Costco 5-6年前买的TaylorMade R7（估计是为Costco定制的简版），90左
右的水平，Driver大概是200-210，3Woods是190-200，基本是直直的，弹道高，但落地
就停，损失距离。往往在地上砸出一个洞，倒跳出来，停在边上1码范围内，估计倒旋
大. 木杆相对稳定，很少slice或者hook丢球。R7对我来说比较重，尤其是铁杆。一直
在琢磨改进动作，提高距离，直到上个月借用朋友的老Burner打了两场。
Burner杆身感觉软，第一场前9洞折腾得我很无语，根本开不了球，而且右曲严重。但
后9找到感觉，不过分发力，球直而且距离远，240-260，落地后滚动20-30码帮助很大
，两个5杆洞都是两上抓鸟，感觉很爽。第二天又打了一次，距离稍短了点，220-240，
右曲多了点。
至此开始动心思换杆。借了不少朋友driver试打，基本如下：
Taylormade RBZ：230-240，落地不滚
PING G25：小右曲，不影响，220-230，落地稍滚
Taylormade R11：210-220，落地不滚

我ebay上大概看了看，价格好像差不多。各位觉得杆子还有价格怎么样？

发帖数: 10701 | 50 几个月前我买过一个taylormade r5 9.5 degree with stock stiff 55g shaft, mid
kickpoint.
我reshaft的cobra m-speed 9 degree with adilva 65g shaft，我感觉不是很好，可
能还是shaft的缘故，所以上次在shadown glen我的开球距离变化很大。
上周日我把这个taylormade从库房里取出，去球场肩并肩的比较了cobra的球杆，感觉
明显好很多.
就距离而言，第一洞423码，球超过150码，有280码的距离，而且还是顶峰；cobra的
driver和它相似的距离。
第2洞5杆洞， 508码，球落点不好，但还是有250码的carry distance， 顶风。
最明显的是后面几个洞，即使都似乎slice，taylormade还能超过cobra的距离。
所以，cobra彻底下岗了。 |
