刚买10天的新车，2010年最后一天在parking lot被撞，肇事者没有留下任何联系信息
，估计是hit and run了，左后侧的车门被撞（挤压）了一个不到鸡蛋大的浅坑，大概
几毫米深，漆也刮掉了一些。不知修理大概需要花多少银子？保险的deductible是500
刀，如果修车不到500刀就不想找保险公司了，反正也拿不到钱。
另外像这种hit and run的情况，如果通过保险公司，会不会涨我的保险？ |

lock啊。而且最近利率没有以前好，45W，4.125的话大概能没有closing costs也可以
做到.

（1）警察的角色: 警察不是原告，而是证人。
（2）不一定要出庭。在加州和俄勒冈州，可以TBD(Try by Declaration), 即填表和陈
述 （You and police), 由法官决定。不服可再上庭。这样你有两次机会。其间你可要
到警察的陈述， 有利于你出庭辩护。如警察不出现，案子就会dismiss.
（3）上法院的网站，弄请流程。
（4）去图书馆借书， 例如，How to fight your ticket, Fight your ticket in
California.你会学到很多有用的东西。
（5）如果不认错，就要质疑警察的可信度。
(6) 求情即意味着在认错以后。
请先做这些功课，然后决定怎么做。别太急，你还有时间。至少你可以学到不少，对自
己将来不无好处。

We will meet under the Mopac bridge on the south side of the river. You can
get there through Barton Springs Road -> Stratford Drive. There should be
plenty of parking there. You can also park near the north end of the bridge
and walk over, however sometimes it is more difficult to find a parking
spot on that side.
行程: We will walk by the lake and make a loop between Mopac and I-35. This
trail is nice and easy.
