就扯了，那么肉让人怎么开，纯为了省油意义不大。
像Camry的混动，就不能按照省钱来计算了。车价大概比同款汽油版贵四千，省油只能
省两千，另外两千，要从更大的排量和更好的加速性能来理解。
假设3.5的发动机会比2.5的贵4000左右（参照Altima），由于3.5的油耗更大，实际上
要多支出5-6000.凯美瑞的2.5L hybrid就有将近3.5L排量的体验。当然有人会argue说0
-60加速比3.5的V6差远了，那是因为他们不懂开车加速有两种情况。一种是高速上超车
，已经开了65mile的情况下，3.5的加速会好些，毕竟hybrid的电机在高转速下扭矩一
般。另一种是街区30-40mile超车，2.5h不输3.5，甚至起步的0-30加速性能更好。事实

return。IRS问起来，把那个ruling给他们看就是了。
不过这个ruling有一句话。This ruling is directed only to the taxpayer(s) requesting it. Section 6110(k)(3) of the Code provides that it may not be used or cited as precedent.
所以出了问题，可能还需要fight IRS. |

Negative，不需radiation。
biospy时左乳发现的两个tumor：
乳头处的tumor HER2是negative (IHC score 2+，FISH negative) ；
12点的tumor HER2是positive (IHC score 3+)。
手术病理显示有两块 specimen, 因为有re-excision。
但是只发现一个 tumor(乳头处)，1.5cm, HER2结果和biopsy时乳头处的tumor一样，
IHC score 2+, FISH negative，另一个(12点)不仅tumor没找到，biopsy时放到那的
clip也找不到。后来作过X-RAY， US， MRI，没有发现体内有什么残留。
本来医生说chemo会采用 TCH*6 with HERCEPTIN for 1 year based on the fact that
