想求租 Lawrence/Princeton/Ewing附近 one bedroom，可签长期合同。
原来住的房子，和7个人share(都是老美）,环境太吵，影响心情，学习压力大得不到良
好的放松，所以，想求租townhouse/apartment里的一间。
如果只有一层，share with ONE roommate/owner ONLY!
如果是两层(more than 2 persons in the house), 可以接受2nd floor.
没有太多要求，安静，安全，off-street parking, roommate nice,且female 就OK

有没有Rider, TCNJ的学生啊。。。。中国人，美国人不限。。。。。以前的一个中国
美女， 一个美国美女， 娃娃都很喜欢这两个姐姐。
We are family with two boys (2. 5ys and 5. 5ys). We are looking for sitter/
helper to take care of kids when Mom is cooking and clean up kitchen after
dinner.
6-8 p.m. twice or three times a week.
$10-15/hour
(1) watch kids playing outside when Mom is cooking inside
(2) read books/board games
(3) prepare fruit and snack for the next day

除了打工其他时间比较轻闲，想为社区做点贡献。因为我的美国室友都在做babysitter
,我也耳濡目染，再加上我也特别喜欢小孩。因此我想提供免费服务，帮助附近有突然
事件需要take care of的年轻父母带带小孩。本人身体健康，性格活泼开朗，有耐心。
目前从下周开始weekdays下午3点以后到晚上都有时间（周末的话时间也可以商议）。
因为是免费服务，不提供pickup或者是到家这种，需要您把孩子送到我这里来。有兴趣

级别大学加进去，要超五成了。 不过这些孩子在普通学校应该
也能进藤。
