什么叫做make teamate better? 不是说你让队友的能力提升了，这不是场上球员的责
任，而是属于教练开发组的。make teammate better,意思是最大效果发挥体系的作用
，让队友在该体系下”看上去better"，拿到超过该球员水准大家期望的统计数据。比
如纳什的传球让队友拿分容易，所以阿猫阿狗都能拿一手漂亮的统计数据，但这种“
better”不是说纳什让该球员真的牛逼了，个人能力强了。同样make teammate worse
也是这个意思，不是说你让队友的能力变差了。而是队友本来有那个能力，但由于你的
存在系统运转不流畅让该球员打不出来，统计数据看上去很差。
回头来说韦德，韦德变差了，是能力身体变差了还是依旧很牛只是在场上打不出来？看
看总决赛韦德单吃绿都吃不了，上空拦都经常跳不起来高度不够。想想以前闪电侠的速
度和爆发力，这样的worse怪在队友身上，只能说是被队友采阳补阴了。。。。而有意

篮球或者说NBA就这样，你有最牛逼的实力，拿了最高的薪水，就得要承担最大的责任

乔老爷最后也传过球，代表性的就是前后三联各一次。但乔老爷其他时间最后都是自己
搞搞搞搞到联盟所有球队都怕，搞到他一拿球所有防守注意力全在他身上，这样队友才

从07搞活塞开始，窒息帝其实一直有自己单搞的实力。虽然不那么美如画，但糙快猛进
了一样是2分。但窒息帝这两年搞得大家都知道他要传球了，干脆包夹也省了，最多内
线放个大个放你突
破，其他人该干嘛干嘛，注意抢断，结果。。。窒息帝差点就真的史上第一窒息帝了。
