首先，着急上火的根本原因是什么，我从圣经中学到和理解的：圣经揭示的人性的“自
我为中心”“行在自己的旨意里”基本上就是着急上火的根本原因所在。
在你跟同事，配偶，子女，着急上火的时候，就是你的自己的旨意，和别人的起冲突的
时候。大家都有自己的旨意，各自都行在自己的旨意里，起冲突是难免的。
职场上，最重要的是teamplay的精神，就是你要在最大程度上，克制自己行在自我旨意
里，在发挥自己才能的同时，多跟同事沟通，协调，顾全大局。
婚姻里，其实和配偶也是teammate,只顾行在自己的旨意里，并把自己的意见，强加在
对方头上，希望对方和自己一致，就容易着急上火，矛盾就不断。
教育孩子，也是一样，孩子有他们自己的旨意，baby的时候，就开始了。养过孩子的都
肯定有体会。很多时候，父母跟孩子急，往往是因为孩子没有follow 父母的旨意。父
母在教会孩子服从纪律规则的同时，也需要分清，那些纯粹是父母的旨意，其实，是可
以不用孩子必须follow的。比如，很多父母强逼孩子吃饭，为孩子吃饭问题，着急上火。

Good points. Add my 2 cents:
1. Prepare and practice 1-2 small jokes/punchlines. Preferrably related to
you or the company.
2. Connect your background/strength/previous experience in your presentation
/self-introduction to this job(description) and this company.
3. Prepare at least 5 questions.
4. Firm hand shake, warm eye contact. Company needs confident teamplayers.
5. Read the 101 interview answers if you still have time.

估计这里的朋友没有人比我经历更坎坷：国内老MB, research不强兼无卡及so so 成绩；很早就开始准备但很晚
才下决心开始；大病一场差点牺牲中断复习再重新开始；第一次match信心满满却名落孙山；第二年继续努力，
两年面试三十几家program几乎走遍美国；match上了还要回国说服卫生部开始支持J签证，同时要说服program
保留位置等我回来。
我不想总结成＂有志者事竟成＂的格言，because that's more like placebo than
reality. 但是如果没有这点勇气，毅力和狠劲，一切也不过是空谈。

210/step/ CS 2nd at/ step 3, 2nd time applied, totally 12 iv. I have applied
IM, FM.
Local program-better to talk to the PD directly, to know if they are
interested to you, what you can do to improve yourself.
Email pre-application: get 10 positive reply, while only 6 gave me iv. –
better to remind program that you did apply.
Apply program as many as possible.

推荐信里面不要有任何negative东西，比如ENglish improved。
commecial 推荐信，都是一样模板。
把所有东西take serious，面试自然而然就来了
内科tough，ob经历非常重要，一定要会干活，在clinic 和hospital完全不同，一定要
有inpatient healthcare 经历， 最重要反应在推荐信上。内科特别看重分数！只要分
数好，后面什么都可以弥补。 我申请120 program，拿到十个面试， 申请了family
mediicne 76个， 面试时0，因为我没有绿卡， 对于FM非常tough，分数倒不是那么重
要。申请之前要对自己有个好的定位，我foucus 在primary care，我在fm的ps，重点
突出自己的obgyn 的经历，更加强调整体。有的面试，给你个主诉，或者说我头疼，你
问诊把！
Q：你以前在国内做眼科，现在你做内科，当你准备你ps或者cv的时候，你怎么避免这
个会给你带来不必要的麻烦？
