Fort Lee, edgewater, white plains, bergenfield，teaneck都挺靠谱 median
income 都挺高的，至少 above average,可以说各有千秋。
再多列点要求：希望能找到具体的property for rent:
1。 去grand central 最多 1hr，可以走到车站；
2。 生活方便，环境好 去shoprite，a&p, S&S 和中国超市（不算hmart) 15分钟以内
， 最好附近有convenience store,bar之类的，
3. unit里有washer/dryer，洗衣服不用出房门。 |

分钟步行PA到GC。river road 上下班时间一般不堵。
有关shopping，river road上除了上面提到的，还有parthmark, target,还有电影院。
楼主提到的另外两个地方， teaneck是黑人区，bergenfield Filipino 多，以bergen
county的标准都不是好区。 |

At about 3:00 AM on February 11, 2011, a male student was cut with a box
cutter and another student was punched while they were in the midst of a
disturbance that occurred in front of 277 MLK Blvd. After the incident, one
of the victims went to the Rutgers Campus where he was assisted by Rutgers
Police officers and transported to a hospital, and the other victim went

creskill老中也不少，但房子贵税高，交通也不太方便。
somerest好像在中部。 Englewood Cliff老中很多很多。 |

hotels:
1) Best choice: Marriott in Teaneck , at Glenpointe. (Direct, express bus
167Q, 167T) from hotel
These 2 buses take you to time square non-stop, takes only 20 minutes.
When you come back from NYC, bus leaves every 10 minutes, and takes again,
20 minutes, non-stop to your hotel door. No walking. No Amigo.
2) Second, and third choices: There is no such thing.

but for the areas above, the only agent I would recommend is ME.
