发帖数: 22634 | 10 观察了自己嘴唇的 teardrop 和 irregularity 有用。发现自己的 teardrop
非常浅，中间几乎是平的，歪吹不合适。下唇的 irregularity 是当中的唇缝
的问题，使用 inner lip 不能解决。但是也有优点的地方，就是唇比较薄。
试了几种改进的方案，最终采用把唇中部向两边略微拉开，能有效解决
teardrop / irregularity 的问题。因为唇比较薄，没有过分强调用
inner lip 的必要，正常的使用外唇反而更容易控制，更灵活。实际上
这样的话，那个上唇平的 teardrop 上的肌肉反而能提供额外的控制
气流上下的角度，似乎可以不需要上唇前移动就可以直接通过肌肉控制
让气流在垂直方向向上/下偏折。
改进以后貌似笛子变得灵敏轻快了，音质上共鸣更好更纯。似乎在 depth
方面稍微欠缺一点。日后再摸索。
看起来 Galway 的口型完全不适合我，Nina Perlove 的也相距甚远。
似乎 Jennifer Cluff 还比较靠近一些。

jewelry 的店里，当时觉得特别好看，大家有兴趣可以去看，可是他家卖的特别贵。。
。所以我这段时间在网上找这个教程找了很久，然后自己也试了很久，终于好象也能做

发帖数: 22634 | 16 Wagner 第六课第七条练不下来，分析是单音都没有问题，但是音区一致性
不好，导致乐句中中音 G 以上五度跳过不去，各音区间一致性也不好。
音区一致性不好的原因还是在于音区间口型差异过大，导致调整过多。经观
察分析，认为是两个问题造成的。
第一似乎是上唇浅浅的 teardrop 对气流似乎有影响，调整这部分肌肉的动
作过于复杂。改善的办法是上唇位置稍稍靠前一点，这样气流更向下偏折一
点，实际上的效果是更多使用 inner upper lip，少受外边 teardrop 的影
响。笛子的位置和角度相应调整一点。貌似上唇尖端前后运动来进行微小调
整似乎更容易控制。
第二似乎是气流角度没有很好地与吹口远端对应，导致音区间需要调整。
解决办法是气流向下偏折一些，笛子 lower 一点点，roll out 一点点。这样
能去掉那些不必要的调整。
这些都是很小的调整，主要是感觉上的差异，镜子里面看起来并不很明显。
经过上面两个调整，在 C5 的指法上，只调整口型肌肉的力度，不需要明显
气息的改变，便能够发出 C5、C6、G6(Harmarnics) 三个音。
这样调整以后，高音上面不再需要明显用 |

- 天花板怎么回事？重新整成flat white
- 换recessed light的trim换成白色的，金色的无可避免的古典

见的. 北京北部的怀柔, 密云多年不见的豹子都又出来了. 狼也不稀罕了.
至于沙暴, 那是蒙古高原来的, 与北京没什么鸟关系.
海不归希望中国差可以理解, 但是事实就是事实, 自己去北京的房山, 门头沟, 昌平等
地走走看看. 北京城里的绿地都是很广阔的, 奥林匹克森林公园的面积, 可不是NYC的
中央公园的100倍能比的. 我家附近10分钟车程内就有4个免费的城市公园. 我这一居住
区被称为北京西部的绿肺, 绿化密度与质量是相当的好.

湖人其他4个球员拉开在弱侧，看不到的湖人球员在正面靠右的三分线外。
现在规则底下，只要弧顶的球员脚不要在paint里面呆超过3秒，就是合法
防守，这样落位24秒都没关系。看Kobe的进攻，先向弧顶突破，发现被
关门，突然转身过了自己防守人，从左侧突破，左侧底线的内线防守
人有充分时间，蹲身起跳正面封盖，Kobe最后起跳以一个teardrop将球
投进，整个进攻难度很高。内线如果碰到Muto这样的来封盖，只有空中
闪躲，如果是脚步快的像varejao这样的，则可能在Kobe进来之前出小圈，
造进攻犯规。
无联防时代会怎样？左边看守底线的球员明显非法防守，距离任何进攻队员
都很远，并且处于低位。弧顶的防守人一样非法防守，这就是我所说的1.5
人防守，其目的就是切断右侧的突破路线，但同时如果kobe把球传给弧顶外
