more geared toward studio recording environment, some are more suitable for

I interviewed one guy with my manager, he's on top of the list on tech
skills. At the end he asked his potential of grown in the company, and he
said "he can't stop,need room to grow, that's his nature". I'm almost
certain that my non techie manager nixed him because he's too aggressive...
