Match的结果终于尘埃落定，周1等电邮的时候非常紧张，因为成败就在此了，虽然一直
告诉自己，今年只是热热身，成败都可以接受，但到真的揭晓的时候，还是很紧张，毕
竟一旦卷入其中就身不由己，何况自己也还是有所付出。到周4等match program的时候
虽然也有点紧张，但程度已经大大减少，1个原因是毕竟match上才是头等大事，去哪里
尚在其次，还有1个原因是心理还是有所准备了，虽然希望留在home school，但直觉告
诉我恐怕是非常困难了，在我rank list上第二位的program应该就是我要去的地方，果
不其然。经过几天的等待，发现果然是要搬家了。

英诗中重读与非重读音节的特殊性组合叫作音步。一个音步的音节数量可能为两个或三
个音节，但不能少于两个或多于三个音节，而且其中只有一个必须重读。分析英文诗歌
的格律就是将它的句子划分成音步，并分清是何种音步及音步的数量。这个过程称为
scansion。如：诗句 “From fairest creatures we desire increase” 要是分成音
步的话，就变成了这个样子:Fro-m fai*re-st crea*ture-s we* de-sire* i-ncrea*se
上面“-”表示它前面是轻读音节，而“*”则表示它前面是重读音节。我们于是看出：
上面的句子共有五个音步，每个音步都是由前轻读后重读的两个音节组成，这样的音节
被称为“抑扬格”。颇有点唐诗的“平仄”的味道，但又有本质上的不同。我们还看出

情人节牛排餐：玉米浓汤，沙拉，牛排，巧克力蛋糕
玉米浓汤
材料：玉米粒一罐，奶油2大勺，面粉3大勺，牛奶半杯，清水4杯
做法：
1先用奶油炒面粉，微黄时加入牛奶炒成糊状，慢慢加入水煮成浓汤（想要浓点可少加
点水）
2加入玉米同煮，加盐或鸡精调味儿
沙拉
材料：牛油果，蟹棒，西红柿，菠菜
做法：
1盘子上先铺上菠菜，上面摆上切好的花瓣型西红柿，
2牛油果和蟹棒切块，用美奶兹，盐，胡椒粉，糖拌好，放到西红柿上面
牛排
材料：rib eye
做法：
1烤箱预热450F
2牛排抹点油，盐, 黑胡椒和酱油，到热锅里两面各煎1分钟，放入烤箱烤两面各烤5分钟
PS:我用的是rib eye,做法是在这里咨询得来。下面的网站谈到不同的牛排，Rib Eye最

think one can find fresh pork tender loin in local grocery stores like bel
air, safeway, s mart etc.. |
